1-800-FLOWERS - NO CALL NO SHOW NO DELIVERY TO MY 74 YEAR OLD MOTHER FOR MOTHERS DAY. I purchased a mother's day flower arrangement, balloon and greeting card for my Mother on April 29th. The Delivery Date was supposed to be between May 5th and May 9th, 2021. Sunday May 9th is Mother's Day. They never showed. She and I waited all day and night on Mother's day for her flowers to arrive. I called 1-800-Flowers at 6pm on Sunday Mothers Day and asked where are my Mom's flowers?? Terrible customer service and very poor quality flowers. Flowers were delivered to the wrong address (mine not my mothers) and they were in very poor condition (discolored and wilted). I called customer service multiple times to get a replacement and to get the replacement sent to the right address - no luck and no attempt by this company to fix the issue.

dont ever use this service, they did not deliver my order and then told me there was no way to do it. The flowers were for a funeral service for a friend that experienced their first loss. This is my second time using them and they screwed it up both times. Worst service ever. spend your money elsewhere. id give negative stars if possible

I want to document and express my experience with 1-800-Flowers.com. I placed 4 orders on May 2-3, 2021. All flowers to be delivered to loved ones for Mother’s day 2021. Upon checking out, I approved that each order will be delivered between Wednesday May 5 through Mother’s Day, May 9th. On the evening of Wednesday, May 9th, I received delivery notification emails for each of my orders. I knew 1 order was delivered because the recipient called me. My husband ordered me flowers for Mother’s Day. He selected the option for them to be delivered Thursday-Sunday. Never got the flowers. No explanation. They tried to say they were going to schedule a redelivery but we just got our money back. Beyond frustrating. I wish we would’ve looked at the ******** page first!!

Spent over $60 to have a bouquet delivered for Mother’s Day it arrived in shambles most of the sunflowers did not even have leaves I have tried contacting the company who has not responded. I am so heartbroken. I was hoping the company would have responded by now but I’ve got nothing from them no one will make it right no one will even open a conversation with me.

Ordered flowers for my mother. I was told they would be delivered on Mother’s Day, 9 May 2021. I received an email late Mother’s Day saying they would be delivered on 10 May 2021 (the day after Mother’s Day. On 10 May 2021, I received an email saying delivery would not be made that day and that now the delivery day would be at the earliest opportunity. Needless to say, they are not reliable and do not stick to their delivery dates as advertised.

I placed an order 3 days ago for mothers day not only did my wife not receive the flowers but I didn't receive any communication from them about a possible delay or any updates on my order other than between 9am-8pm it took three calls to finally get a hold of a live person when I finally did they asked me if I wanted a reorder for another day I told them if they could guarantee me Monday morning then I would keep it they couldn't even do that and when I requested a supervisor I was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told... read more

I ordered a medium flower arrangement on 5/5/21, to be delivered on 5/8 or 5/9. I received an email letting me know the order was delivered, but the recipient never received it. I called and chatted with agents who offered me a partial refund and redelivery. Next day I checked, and no re-delivery was placed and now they want to try again 5 days later. No accountability for a delivery service, there are never supervisors available and they just don't care. Offering a coupon for a service that cannot deliver is not good enough... read more
