I am absolutely disgusted with 1800flowers. The flowers I ordered were never delivered. They kept telling me that they have not been able to send out their orders on time due to a huge number of deliveries. So, their orders are exceeding their delivery capabilities and they continued to take orders in the meantime? I spoke to one rep who assured me that they would be delivered today. Item was never delivered to my mom as stated. Called the company and ordered a replacement. They didn’t honor the promised date of delivery and had no regard for their own incompetence. They refused a refund and I highly suggest never ordering from this company. $85 down the drain!

They refuse to issue refunds for items that want recieved or shipped yet. These people lie and refuse to cancel orders and then they replace the items you purchased without your consent.

Bought flowers for my mom for mother's day and they were all dead when they arrived. My mom had to call they and request fresh replacement flowers that has not arrived yet. My husband also ordered flowers for his mom that were not at all what he ordered. They were also "droopy". When my husband called to let 1800flowers know about the error they advised they would refund Half the money. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE has they broke the contract that was entered into for the flowers he had originally purchased. I will be filling a comp... read more

This company has the absolute worst business model. Take the customer's order and money, tell the customer the item has been delivered, when it has not, then offer to deliver the item again at no additional cost. What a scam. Has anyone used this business with satisfactory results? I think I used them several years ago with adequate results, but now their customer service has bottomed out.

The WORST company ever!!! Horrible customer service. Ordered a bamboo arrangement for Mother’s Day. No conformation email, and worse NO DELIVERY. They ruined my moms Mother’s Day. Warning do not ever use this horrible company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. EVER! 3 orders now (my stupid fault for trying again) have arrived totally different and lackluster than the pictures displayed! The 1st order was months ago, and I do not have pics to show for it anymore as I was so ****** off, but it was flowers for my BFF as a new mom. I paid extra for a LUSH full gift. I ordered a large floral arrangement on this website for a friend. When the flowers were delivered to my friend, they looked nothing like what I ordered. The flowers in the arrangement looked as if they were dead and as if they where picked out from the blind. I would never again order from this site especially for the price I paid. For 100 dollars, the arrangement should have resembled what I had ordered. I’m absolutely embarrassed by what was delivered and it’s sickening. Having a terrible experience with this company! Their customer svc is by far the worst. I ordered flowers on 4/29 to be delivered on 5/7, 5/7 no flowers call to follow up, flowers were for my wife, Mother’s Day gift, I call and I’m told that flowers are to arrive Wednesday after holiday??? Did not receive cancelation email, was lied to by Rose @ customer svc , just awful svc.
