Would give 0 if I could... Would give 0 if I could. Said they delivered flowers, but they never showed up. Tried to dispute the transaction but because they claim it was delivered, I cannot. Complete waste of money. Call center is in India and they do nothing for you. They are completely clueless. Will NEVER AGAIN spend my hard earned money on the absolute worst, money grubbing, unethical, despicable company again. I urge you not to either. I recently became a 1-800 Flowers customer (this week) and so far all three transactions with them had huge extra charges that had to be fixed. First off, they are already a very expensive company to use, so to get nailed with extra unwarranted $$$ fees is beyond frustrating. Secondly, it wasn’t an easy fix! It took almost an hour on the phone with customer service to get them to offer to do the right thing and refund the overcharges. I placed a order at 6:30am $49. At check out it was $70. I call to cancel was told at 6:45 I could not cancel.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my moms job for her birthday. They showed up late after my mom was already home.they did deliver to her home but I wanted her to have her moment at work in front of her colleges not alone in her living room, I could have done that myself. First and last time using this service

I wish I could leave a zero stars! This company wouldn’t allow me to alter a delivery date that they screwed up only minutes after I placed the order! Why would I want 2 Mother’s Day gifts going to one person to be delivered on 2 different days! They told me it couldn’t be changed which I simply do not believe being as I contacted them less than 10 minutes after I’d ordered. They couldn’t care less once they got my money which was over $100. The flowers I ordered from 1800flowers were never delivered, thought they sent me an email confirming that they were delivered! These were for a work colleague who experienced a death in the family and timing was very important. I would have never known they were not delivered had I not asked her if she received them. Ordered bereavement flowers for a family friend. I received a deliver confirmation- checked with her, she didn’t receive. Ordered a replacement. Received a delivery confirmation- never received the flowers. Spoke with an employee on their online chat and explained my frustration. Was assured a 50% reimbursement and another delivery. Terrible customer service. It took an hour or more to try to resolve my problem with a double order and at the end they would not refund my money! They said the order was already processed! They refused to cancel it! I will never ever do business with them again! I placed three more orders and they couldn’t refund one made by mistake! I hope everyone receives their orders and that they look good or I will post again!

Ordered flowers and balloons last week to be delivered today for my bosses birthday. Paid over $100. Was guaranteed it was going to be delivered before 9pm. Well of course it wasn't delivered. I called and they wanted to have them delivered tomorrow or the next day and give me a $20 credit for my next order. I told them her bday isn't tomorrow so no. Also I will never ever use you again so you can keep the credit. I demanded a full refund. So its supposed to take 5 to 7 days. I guess we will see.
