Ordered Flowers on a Friday that were supposed to be delivered Monday. No one called me, just got an email saying my order has been replaced with a different bouquet. I called customer service, and my original bouquet is no longer available and neither is the replacement. For Mother’s Day I ordered flowers and they were delivered dead. My Mom was upset because this happened with them last Mother’s Day also. Same thing, they delivered dead flowers. They would not refund. They would only offer another free delivery and $20 towards another. Naturally neither I nor my mother want that after the previous year as well. So that was a lot of money down the drain.
Poor quality for a puppy bouquet. In term sending my mom not even flowers for a "refund" not only this poor customer service, on hold over ten minutes at a time, and this company is outsourced in India which makes matters worse. I simply just wanted my mom to get a beautiful bouquet prior to Mother's Day, I'm not looking for free, or a "voucher" and these things aren't happening. I ordered a sympathy plant on 5/4 for same day delivery for my close friends family who lost their child to cancer. Received a confirmation that it was delivered and it wasn’t. Called back the next morning and was assured 1800 flowers would go above and beyond at no cost to me to deliver the order on 5/5. It was not delivered. This is my first time purchase from 1-800-flowers. I ordered a “blooming Gardenia plant” in large size (******) for sympathy for our daughter-in-law’s mom on May 2, that was delivered to her home on May 4, 21. The plant’s picture on their website looks beautiful, fresh, fuller with blooming flowers in a pretty basket. So I ordered it and paid $83.86 in total including delivery. Would give 0 stars if allowed... First I never confirmed my payment to them I got to the last page of ordering and it was $20 over that the original price because of some "service fee" so I exited the system and at 11 o'clock that night I get a confirmation email saying my order has been placed! Product quality and customer service are non-existent. Ordered $75 dollars worth of flowers and received 75 cents worth of baby's breath. Couldn't get a response from customer service. Such an embarrassing experience. Fortunately this wasn't the only Mother's Day gift I sent.
