Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2021 - they arrived on time but nearly all the bouquet was dead/dying. I contacted 1800Flowers and they will only refund 50% of order total. My order total was only $60 +/-. Seems illogical to only refund half the cost when the purchased item was not delivered in a satisfactory condition. I was a fairly regular customer and will not purchase from them again.

The whole business model is selling flowers online and the systems are so broken. You don’t get a confirmation email right away or sometimes never after you placed an order. The customer service is great, but the system is broken and the people managing the business model need to invest more time and money. Don’t waste your time to order flowers on this site.

1-800-LIES! Ordered Wednesday and paid for Saturday delivery before Mother’s Day. The shipping was quoted as $10 but was $23 at checkout. I figured this meant that it needed overnight to get there on time. However, the order didn’t actually ship until Friday and it doesn’t appear that it was done with any expedited shipping method. This is a betrayal of trust and poor service. As a response they offered 50% off and ‘redelivery’ whatever that means. Bottom line is late is late. I sent flowers to my mother. The flowers arrived two days late, and when she got them they were dead. Two dozen roses are not cheap, and you expect the best. However, my mother receive the worst. When I try to resolve the problem, I was put on hold for quite a while. They told me I could leave my number and they will call me back. I had ordered flowers a month prior to them needing delivered. The flowers never came. I had contacted the company multiple times over several days and they kept saying that they would "redeliver" the flowers. It's been an entire week and still no flowers. I had to contact my bank to dispute charges since my card was charged at the time I placed the initial order a month ago. This company is absolutely horrible. Not only do they delete all negative reviews off of ********* & other socials, but they legitimately steal from and scam their customers. When your flowers don’t show up, show up late, and/or show up looking not anything like what was pictured, they offer you a subpar apology and a coupon for $20 off your next purchase. Ordered a week early. Picked delivery date. They qsk if a day early was ok. Was on truck for delivery and was never delivered. They now say it will be delivered a day after mothers day. Never again.

I ordered flowers to deliver by May 9th for Mother's Day and one of my orders is said it won't arrive to me to May 18th I'll call several times and talk to a customer service but they wasn't able to resolve my issue but yet they said they can refund my money back in 7 to 10 business days are one business cycle. This is unacceptable which I said they should have refunded my money back right away so I can buy flowers for my mom on Mother's Day

Product delivered does not compare to promotion. Flowers are smashed and broken, wilting. Customer Service passes from person to person with no concern to a special event. Digusted and disappointed. Absolutely unacceptable. It's not about a refund. It's about doing it right the first time.
