STAY FAR AWAY! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they were to be delivered the Monday following. I received an email saying that they were delivered that Monday. When I asked my mom she told me that they weren’t. I called the customer service and asked what happened. They stated the quality of the flowers was the reason they weren’t delivered and that a new order was placed. Well fine.. I’m happy my mom didn’t receive something that wasn’t of good quality. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my sick and elderly mother. To be delivered Saturday or Sunday, I’ve contacted them and have been told they would deliver. It is now Tuesday, and all I’ve asked is for a status. All they say is between 9-8pm. It’s 15 minutes to 8.. and nobody is willing to provide a status. I ordered a fruit bouquet through 1800 flowers 3 weeks before mothers day for my mom who lives out of state. I got a notification 1 day before mothers day saying they were delivered. My mom said she never received anything so we waited until mothers day to see if they would show up, they never did. After speaking to the company they said they would resend my order free of charge, but then told me that the items I ordered we not available in my mothers location. I am giving 1-800Flowers. com a rating of 1 for these reasons: 1. My family did not receive the same $150 bouquet I ordered on the website. They sent me a picture of what they got and it was nothing like the full bouquet I ordered for them. 2. The flowers were delivered at 9:30pm, just when my family member was going to bed, and the delivery hours are stated as 9am to 8pm. 3. I posted a review on their site and they refused to post it. Ordered flowers for my grandmother yesterday. Recieved a confirmation email that it's been delivered. Called her to see what she thought and she states she never received them. Called a rep (male) he asked for my order number and info. was told someone signed for them and was delivered. Called my grandma again and asked if her or her husband signed for them. Total garbage. I ordered two dozen roses for Mothers Day and my mom sends me a photo of badly damaged flowers. I try using their online chat and after four tries, the result was always the same: They say they'll redeliver and when I agree, they disappear and eventually disconnect the chat. So it's a straight up scam.

Last year I had an absolutely terrible experience when 1800FLOWERS did not deliver the Mother’s day order I had placed. My mother’s health had failed so much she was forced to move into a nursing home just before COVID 19 hit. Alone without being able to have visitors I ordered from your company to hopefully bring her a little joy on Mother’s Day. Imagine how I felt when the gifts never arrived. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mother for mother's day. I was guaranteed a shipping date. They called me the day before the flowers were supposed to be delivered and said they would be unable to deliver the flowers on the date I had chosen and offered me a $20 promotion which I will NEVER use because I will NEVER use this company again. I placed an order of flowers for my sister for mothers day. I paid over $100 for a large beautiful arrangement - what arrived was a COMPLETELY different flowers with less that 10 flowers in a tiny vase and the worst part= my sister was allergic to them. It was extremely embarrassing. No one told me they would be sending completely different flowers.
