Bait and switch. Ordered and paid for specific special arrangement for special birthday. What was delivered was far from what I ordered...I would never have ordered the cheap, shabby dark arrangement for my daughter. My cost was close to $100..the item delivered was dollar store stuff. I called and no satisfaction..just an "apology" and offer of a $ 20 cert for future orders which I will never ever make that mistake again. I will continue to pursue. I want a full refund or the arrangement I ordered.

Do NOT use this place, its a fraud! I paid extra for their large flowers which was maybe 8 inches tall. It was a complete joke, and waste of money. I paid extra for the custom card stock card with a personal uploaded photo. What I actually received was a piece of paper with no photo that some random florist printed on their $20 dollar, home ******* purchased printer. I reached out to 1800flower.com to send a flowers to someone for a special occasion. I helped my mother placing the order and we were happy about the arrangement we picked ******* Dunes). Once delivered, I got a message from the recipient saying she got the flowers and took a picture. What was sent looked nothing like what we picked. I reached out them and to express my disappointment and they were pretty fast to offer us new delivery with a $20 coupon. i would give them a zero star. my very good friend surprised me with flowers for my birthday. However the flowers arrived at my door without my knowledge (I have a doorbell and a knocker on my door) so i didn't know that they were there. My friend called me about 10pm on a Fri night asking if i had gotten flowers. I ran to the door to discover a big sealed box. I have never in my life experienced anything as das ad this business.All their reviews are bad.I had to call 8 times to get a receipt.My flowers never arrived in 5 days.The supervisor ************************* was nasty and made excuses for the fiasco I was put through.This business 800 Flowers needs to suffer consequences for bad business practices.*********************

I signed up with 1800flowers.com to be able to send flowers to my sister in 2019. However, I have just noticed that I was being charged a passport fees for the last 2 years without me authorizing my credit card. I really like the packages that are available on 1800flowers.com but charging without consent is not something I would expect. I have been charged $29.99 for each year, I would request the store to at least refund my current year payment that got deducted just a few hours ago and unsubscribe from any of their auto ch... read more

I ordered funeral flowers 3 days in advance, they arrived late after assuring me they'd be there at the requested time of 11 am not 12:30. Now my family has heartache as do I! This is ridiculous as they are also processing the same charge twice for the same order. I called four times today, 8-6-21 asking to speak with a manager to no avail. Unacceptable business practices of extra shipping charges when it doesn't arrive on time.

They are the worse, How in the world are they still in business. They don't deliver on time. When its most important and when you ask for a refund they take weeks to even give it. I'm still waiting for a refund and who knows if they will give it to me. Why haven't anyone shut them down? Especially with all the other business that's connected with them. They're all bad!!! I gave them many changes if I knew fruit basket was part of them I would of never ordered!! 0 stars!!!
