I had ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful Fruit and Sweets basket and to my disappointment and price i paid, the contents of the basket was a big RIP OFF. i would like to be reimbursed for at least half the price I paid because that was all this basket was worth. The total price of the basket was $99.99. i would like reimbursement of $50.00
I placed an order for my mother's birthday at least a week in advance. Shortly after the order was placed I received an email saying that it was unavailable and a suitable replacement would be sent. It never told me what the "suitable replacement" was. I couldn't find it online in my account either. I've used 1-800-Flowers many times over the years without any issues. Recently, I have had two orders with a bad experience. I ordered flowers that were delivered and they were mostly wilted and the bouquet looked nothing like the image. They sent out a second bouquet which wasn't any better. I have an ex who runs most flower shops I. My area uhh ! So I. Went with 1-800-flowers so dont have to interact with him .. but instead I get overpriced flowers from these people and they have a large window of time . From 9:00 am to 8:00pm delivery!? Thats a long time to wait . I found out that my recipient is leaving now and wont receive my gift . Very sad . Theres no refunds and I paid ****** for only a small arrangement . Delivered someone else's gift to wrong address. We called to ask them to pick up & deliver to correct place. They refused. They then gave, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, our PHONE NUMBER - from caller ID because we had not given them our phone number - and our ADDRESS to a complete stranger and told them to pick up the flowers at our house!!! NEVER use them.
I ordered flowers for a funeral today. They flowers were never delivered. I was told after the fact that they were too busy to fill my order. They should never have accepted my order if the could not fill it. I was not informed until the funeral had already started. It was too late to make other arrangements. I am devastated and this is unacceptable. They offered a refund but it is too late - the funeral is over and I did not get to honor my dear colleague.
They never sent the flowers I ordered for my moms birthday and when I spoke out to them nothing was solved . They havent refunded the money back or anything.
ORDER WAS DELIVERED ON TIME.COMPLAINT IS ABOUT THE COMPANY BILLING MY BANK ACCOUNT TWICE FOR ONE ORDER. I ORDERED ON 10/13/2021; THE $ ****** PAYMENT WAS APPROVED.
