Youre not going to get what you ordered! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS THIS WAY!! They left an order outside on the street where anyone could have taken them after being told to reschedule the delivery for the next day, when the recipients leasing office would re-open. Deceptive practices when discontinuing automatic renewal for passport service. The company will not allow customers to cancel online but instead gives a number to call. When the number is called, it routinely routes the call to a ***** ***** ******** representative who is extremely rude and refuses to transfer you to 1800flowers. Bottom line, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE PASSPORT services because when its time to renew the service, its very challenging and difficult to cancel. Shop at your own risk!!!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at work for our anniversary specifically between 9am and 12 noon 24hours in advance. I made it clear she will leave at 12:30pm so it had to be delivered around this time frame. Not only did they not deliver the flowers around this time, they had the nerve to change the delivery time to before 8pm and not even tell me they did so. They are child like and incompetent. I used ****** for my transaction with 800 flowers.com. Of course there were problems because it appears that this is not a reputable co. I spent an entire day of being lied to by customer support. I sent them ******** response to my refund inquiry but they would not comply. I now have to wait 30 days for ****** to void the transaction because 800 flowers.com is to lazy or blatantly unwilling to cancel the transaction per ****** instructions. The product didn't reach my niece until 3 days later and the fruit was already turning colors and I have a picture of this product plus they put the fruits on the ground.
Today 11 / 5 /2021 I had ordered flowers for a coworker and selected same day delivery. I made this order at 11am. at 3:30pm i call the ***** number and spoke to a guy named ****. I asked him if he could check on my delivery scents the office closes at 5 and wanted to make sure the flowers would be delivered in time, the gentleman stated oh it's out for delivery and should be there by 8pm and i told him this would not work due to the office closing soon, he said that he would call the local shop and see where they were, he c... read more
They are good at taking the order..but that is it. Not only was the order not delivered on time and no one was informed but now tracking says that they have arbitrarily decided that a substitution was acceptable and is already in transit again without informing anyone. The substitution is totally inappropriate for the recipient. Disappointing is an understatement. Never again.
My best friend used 1 800 flowers to order me a flower bouquet for my birthday. I wish i could show yall what it looks like. She spent florist. Im going to tell u that she ordered Gerber Daisies, They are definitely not Gerber Daises. The are daises but honest look like there are worth about $20. Again I really wish I had a pic.
