Company took my payment information from an order I placed a year ago, and enrolled me in a membership I did not sign up for. They charged a "membership fee" a year later, and set it to automatically renew. I never signed up for a membership, and nor did I provide my bank information for such a service. It is disgusting that they took payment information from an order and pulled this. My guess is they buried it in the fine print somewhere, which is ridiculous. 3rd strike your out. I am never I mean never ordering from your company again. I ordered 3 times and 3 times there was a problem. I gave address name and room number to my mother in law who was in the hospital. Got a call after the delivery person had left hospital. they could find them so they went to next stop. Called them got hung up on.

I often send gift baskets to our guests on arrival at our short term rental. They drive long hours or deal with flying in, and with check in at 4pm, a gift basket awaiting our guests is much appreciated and a nice gesture of our appreciation to our guests. After using local florists and dealing with limited products, the baskets at 1-800-Flowers appeared far superior and quite glorious! I ordered a $87.00 edible arrangement on 10/6/21 for my 23 year old daughter's birthday on 10/7/21. It arrived to my home at 3:55pm. The fruit was in the bottom of the bag and not in a arrangement. You could see the fruit was clearly sitting out for hours. it was full of the slime that builds up when fruit gets hot and old. It was warm and changing colors. I placed an order on 09/28/2021 for delivery on 10/1/2021 between 9:am -12:noon its now 2:45 pm no delivery I called and was hang up on. This is the last time I'm ordering from them. This is the third time I have problems with them. $132.78 for faster delivery.
