Horrible company and falsely advertising!!! Paid over $200 for flowers that wasnt even worth ***** and the best they could do was offer a 50% refund. It came a day late after the event and I have yet to receive any kind of refund it has been over two months!!!

1 800 Flowers is a misleading take your money and dont deliver type of company ! Anyone reading this comment stay away from ordering there services and I hope they get investigated by the BBB.

Ordered flowers on 11/17 for delivery on 11/24. Never delivered. They offered to resend same flowers two days later. Said manager would call to arrange redelivery. Manager never called. Earliest deliver was 2 days later then need date. **************** in a chat tried to fix by offering $20 toward next order. No thank you.

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered a floral arrangement on November 14th to be delivered on November 22 for my fathers funeral. this was the cross that my mother requested. I checked the status and it was out for delivery on the 22nd, however it never arrived. I called CS on November 23 at 8 am and they assured me it would arrive by noon. At 1:45 I had to call again and was told to give the florist the benefit of the doubt and to give them another hour. The funeral started at 2. Are you kidding me? 1800flowers ****** their customers and ****** the florists they use that make and deliver the flowers. People need to order through their local florist so they dont get overcharged. They take the orders and charge exuberant fees and send the local florist a portion of the money. Then the customer is not happen because they think the flowers are undervalue which they usually are under the value of what is paid because of the fees they charge. I ordered flowers on November 17, 2021 and requested a delivery date on Monday, Nov 22, Plenty of time for **** Flowers to deliver. The money was removed from my account, but I never received an order confirmation. I followed up with **** Flowers countless times asking about this. Why no order confirmation? I will NEVER use **** flowers again. My money was taken asap and flowers were never delivered when requested. After contacting customer representative 3 times ( phone disconnected twice) they were very hard to understand and just kept saying I'm sorry without any resolution. AWFUL NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE. Website doesnt work so forced to call in. All personal information including order recipient and credit card information compromised. All of my information was sent to another consumer who called me to tell me she received ALL of my information in error and that 1-800-Flowers was not going to report it, fix it or do anything about it. Why does the BBB give this company an A+ rating? It should be a F-. I ordered same day delivery for my friend's 97th birthday. They were not delivered. **************** was suppose to call me back in the order that my call came in. 14 hours later, no phone call received.
