I'm the recipient of the flowers. What a joke. I am so sorry my friend waisted her hard earned money. Wish I could send a picture, it would prove what a scam this company is. Would give it a zero if I could.

Please save yourself the trouble and do not order from this company, order flowers and gift baskets for several people. Everything I ordered was supposedly going to show up between the 23rd and 24th of December. I get an email back saying that Everything I ordered will not arrive till after Christmas. This company is a joke

I was placing an order to send to a friend for Christmas. I applied my payment option and it processed instantly prior to me being able to enter the coupon code advertised in an email for free shipping/no service charge listed on the email sent on 12/16. No problem, I went to modify my order as you from what they say have 15 minutes to modify. 30 seconds had passed since it auto processed and it said I was unable to modify. Do Not Order From Here. Red flags from the start. After 35 minutes on the phone trying to place the order, I said to just cancel everything. I had to repeat myself numerous times for every detail. The employee could not find the item, even with the number. I agreed to the Passport program, again having to say so multiple times. The employee did not know how to complete the order and had to "check with a Supervisor." When I asked to speak to a Supervisor, I was told that was not possible and to call back. I ordered the Holiday Flower Tree on 12/15/21 at 5:04 pm for a friend sick with COVID with a next day delivery, as he was probably heading for the hospital. I received an email on 12/16/21 at 10:05 am stating that my order was "being prepared for today's delivery". I was later contacted on 12/16/21 at 12:51 pm to let me know that the florist could not prepare that arrangement and asked if I would like a vase of flowers instead. Do not order flowers from this company! I ordered a rose plant for friends' 50th anniversary four days before the day I wanted it delivered. I ordered from 1-800-Flowers because I got an AARP discount. The morning it was supposed to be delivered, I got an email that said it had been delivered at 11:47 a.m. We went to the friends' house that evening, and they didn't say anything about it, and I didn't see the plant anywhere. Horrible service!! I order a flower arrangement early in the morning for same day delivery. Was never delivered. I started a chat on line and was told it would go out today. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered birthday flowers to go to ** on Monday to be delivered for my mothers birthday on Friday. As soon as I placed the order I saw that the shipping address was changed to my home address in GA.
