This business is truly a SCAM!!! I placed a order that I never received. And Ive reached out them 4 times to get a refund and they are refusing to give me a refund!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! They are a SCAM!!!!!

I ordered a plant for a co-worker and paid extra shipping for the plant to be delivered in two days. I paid for the order with the extra amount for shipping and when I received the receipt the shipping date was 5 days from the purchase date. The amount for two day shipping was $19.99 and for 5 days $9.98. I was charged $25.98 for shipping. I was okay with $25.98 because with the plant was a candle and a small plastic tube of lotion. The company has false advertising and should be penalized for false advertising to customers.... read more

If they had negative stars would get those first my order from local florist was said to have tried to have been delivered however during time frame I was home and sitting on couch by a window they would have had to walk by and door right beside that and no one came in that time frame and my mom was up as well then today they no longer had product so I emailed them they placed a order for something else without my permission that was so ugly I would not put in worst enemies home so I cancelled that order and they with out as... read more

I order flowers for my mother's memorial. Ask for a pink or white with mama on ribbon. Only can get beloved mother on ribbon. Someone wrote beloved mother in a wide sharpey that bled on the ribbon. I paid$ 103. My mother deserved better. The company only want to refund me 1/2 price for the ribbon. **** flowers. Will no longer get My business. I will spead the word.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. A horrible business that does not deliver on what is promissed and then accuses the customer of lying.

I placed an order on 1/16 from 1-800Flowers/Cheryls Cookies to be delivered on 1/19. The item showed it was available and I paid extra to have it delivered on 1/19. I checked today, it never shipped and I was told it would not ship til 1/24. So I said cancel the order and refund my account. I was told that I cant cancel the order because its being processed and to get a refund the order has to be refused. Im beyond upset. Not a very customer friendly business. I would never do business with them again.,

I ordered a bouquet for my mother for her birthday. The bouquet was $69.99. When it was delivered, it looked nothing like the photo advertised. It arrived in a cheap Mason jar, was missing 90% of the bouquet displayed, and the flowers were ********. I called to request a refund and the customer service representative stated that their company policy does not allow them to refund more than 50%. I've used them for years and years and I just experienced the worst customer service I've ever had and am taking the time to report it, which I have never done in my life. It was absolutely excruciating to deal with them that I don't think I can even go through explaining it all! I wouldn't recommend every using them. I won't be using them again. :(

This was the worst experience ordering online that I've ever had. I placed my original order for two bonsais on December 9, 2021, to be delivered to me on December 15, so that I could give them in person as Christmas gifts. One bonsai was in decent shape, although way overpriced. The other bonsai was broken in half at the trunk, rendering it a useless piece of junk.I immediately contacted customer service, and was promised a replacement to be delivered on December 22.
