Dont do it. Sent 5 orders over 650 dollars this Christmas. Two orders never made it. One was a complete joke and one was delivered on time and correct. Never again will I do business with **** flowers. Buy from locals and not this company.

Worst experience ever. Never received product. Ordered product for a very special occasion never received. When i called it was stated, well not sure what happened there are no notes. So there fix was to have the product delivered the next day and then stated o we cannot do that either so it will be 3 days. When i stated i want to cancel the order and speak with the supervisor they told me they will contact me back within the hour. 12 hours later still waiting for that call!!!! Very disappointed! The 1-800Flowers and Celebrations Passport scam is ridiculous.I cancelled my "membership" twice before it "automatically renews" (at a higher price). I have the cancellation confirmations.Today, my sister, who lives in another state, was billed on her ****** account for an "order of renewal" to my name and address. She called me about the charge. I needed these to reach a dear friend who lost her son. I even called and they said it would be delivered for sure. Not only did they never deliver them but they have not refunded the ***** they charged me or the 21. 39. They convinced me to buy as a passport. I want all my money refunded immediately. I believe a class action suit should be considered after reading all the reviews. The owners guarantee this website. It is false advertising and a money scam.

DO NOT USE 1-800-Flowers UNLESS you want to have a horrible experience! All of the phone representatives do not speak very good English and they do not pay attention to details! I ordered a floral arrangement for an upcoming funeral this weekend. I spent 21 minutes on the phone placing my order and I had to phonetically spell out the entire recipients name, church and address of delivery multiple times I had to repeat all of this information (literally 3-4 times). I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a hospital in ***********. Two days later I received a confirmation it was delivered but it wasnt.When I called the business after talking to them for over an hour, I still wasnt able to get my money back. Never again!!!!

Horrible and customer service is worthless, I will never use this company again. I ordered an arrangement they said was available for the day I wanted it and the same day they said they couldn't so I asked to cancel and they said it was too late. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service twice and was told a refund was coming and it never did. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Took my money then called back said not enough flowers to fulfill the order. Of course they couldnt refund immediately said 3-7 business days. Will never order from them ever again!
