Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for same day delivery. They said they could not l deliver that day and guaranteed they would be there the following day. Never showed. Then after calling in numerous times they told me they would be there once again the following day and guaranteed it. Nope. After calling again, I was told they were on the truck for delivery and would be there within the hour! NOPE. I ordered a sympathy bouquet for same day delivery on a Friday. Around 4:30pm, I got a voicemail saying my order couldnt be fulfilled. When I called back, the representative said my order was fine and they didnt know why I was told otherwise. Around 7:00pm, I received a second voicemail that my order couldnt be fulfilled. Place an order at 11:25 am for my daughters bday hoping the order will be delivered same day as advertised on the website. However, at 6pm I messaged the customer support to ask about my delivery and they advised the expected delivery was before 8pm. At 6:17 I get an email stating the delivery could not be delivered because no one was home. A complete false statement! A cover up.. knowingly that they failed to deliver my order in time. I purchased a plant yesterday for a co-worker that was ill and discovered false advertising from the company. I chose to have the plant delivered in two days rather than five days and paid the extra shipping charge. To have the plant delivered by January 29th the cost was $19.99 and for 5 days $9.98. I completed the purchase and reviewed the receipt to find out that the flower would be delivered in 5 days. The total cost for shipping was $25.98. I swear if I could give them a negative star review I would. I placed an order a week ago to surprise my boss for her bday. The day of delivery, ***** states they couldnt deliver. Why? I dont know. But I dont understand why such a big company would use that type of delivery service. If it doesnt get delivered on the specified date, ***** throws it back in their truck and redelivers the following day. They dont store it in low temp or refrigerate to keep the flowers alive. Same day delivery? What a joke Order for my flowers were for a friend that lost her husband. Ordered for Monday delivery, they texted and said couldnt deliver. My friend said she was home. Finally talked with someone who said the vase wasnt available. I told them to use a different vase, this was now Wednesday. They said they would deliver Thursday. Ok, nothing delivered. Friday, late afternoon, nothing, so here I am writing a negative response trying to get my ****** back in my account. Never again.

I don't even want to give them one star. I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. It was $68. Towards the end of the day, I received an email that they could not deliver because there was not a florist who could deliver in the area - ************(really, no florist in a tourist place?). I did not reschedule and canceled the order. The next day, I get a notification that the flowers were delivered. I placed order on 1/13/22 for my sons 40th birthday. Today, i was issued a refund. They supposed to have delivered this 4 different times. Unbelievable. I was able to get a full refund. But my son never got his bouquet:(
