I ordered 2 dozens roses for *********** day 5 days prior to the day. I was charged extra ***** for the delivery on that day. I kept checking the website for the delivery. 7 PM comes along and nothing. Called the customer service. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told to wait until 8 PM since that is their delivery window. I called back around 8:05 PM and waited another 20 minutes to talk to an agent who promptly informed me that the florist missed the delivery truck. I ordered a *********** day gift for my wife which arrived quickly. The quality of the 24 roses were very poor and slumped within 24 hours. Photos taken before and after. I contacted their customer service and respectfully requested a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping. The customer service representative offered a 20 percent discount which I declined. I order sympathy flowers for someone who is dying of Feb 9 2022 to be delivered on Feb 11 the called me on Feb 12th said they had an issue with their Florist. They refused a refund. Offered redelivery with small discount my friend has since died. Deliver to who I asked? They said the deceased! This has got to be one of the worst most heartless firms in the world. Note their reviews are so bad ****** disabled it. One big tech firm looking after another a absolute disgrace.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered where she works on Valentines Day. Unfortunately , they never arrived. So I called **** Flowers to get some kind of valid reason as to why they could not be delivered on that day when I paid a lot more for the guarantee that they would be delivered on 2/14. If I could give them 0 starts I would. My boyfriend bought me a bouquet of roses that were not all too cheap. It is Valentines Day and he wanted to surprise me with these beautiful flowers that were a little bit overpriced. Half of my order showed up. I called to make a complaint and get a refund. They told me the were going to send another order two days after Valentines day. I could not understand ** of the language barrier. I was supposed to get a confirmation email which i didnt receive. I called back and was told that they couldnt do anything for me that they supervisor was in a call. I ordered sympathy flowers for a very dear friend and the flowers were never delivered. I have been trying for a month to get my money back and still have no refund. Everytime I call, which has been numerous times, I get the run around. They claim they can't open the order so they can't see it and will have a supervisor call me back.
