Ordered flowers for my best friend's brothers funeral. Ordered them 2/23 for 3/4, I arrive to the funeral & no flowers. I spend the entire funeral trying to find out why they weren't delivered. I was first told that I ordered too late for the delivery date I wanted, really 9 days in advance? Then I was told the deceased was not at the funeral home, again really? I Ordered Flowers from this **** flowers and twice they messed up my Order the first one was in January 22, 2022 for my Niece Funeral they Delivered late the wrong Order and the flowers were old the ribbon not what I Wanted, and they Change me $203 and change only refunded me back $176.34 I also brought the passport so I would not have to pay for any delivery if I use them again and I did try to use them February 28, 2022 I choose the Flowers and it was to be Delivered March 1, at 11am they Never sent the Flowers and they tr... read more

I am very disappointed with the quality of the berries I ordered for my mother. I contacted customer service regarding the condition of the berries, providing them with images of the contents in their box, and they called me quickly with their offer to re-send the order and provide me with a $20 free shipping pass for a future order. I ordered flowers on Feb 09, 2022. I needed the order to be delivered for ************ So I even paid extra. Turns out the flowers were never received! They "supposedly" got there the next day at 4pm. I sent them to a school and they never got there. I called the next day I was offered a 20$ coupon for the inconvenience, I rejected. I ordered the ***** dish garden with fresh cut flowers for a funeral. So embarrassed. The dish garden dish greenery was almost non existent. There were three fresh cut flowers that appeared to have just bloomed. Very sad. The most visible part was the basket. Never again.

1-800-flowers is not a reliable company. It's not fair when you orders flowers from the company and looking for the delivery and nothing show up for your love one. Call the company several to check the delivery of my order and while speaking to the represented the keep hanging-up the phone and no not of the represented call back to address the issue. 1-800-Flowers needs to do better than this with customers . Poorly run business. Would STRONGLY advise not using and just use a good local florist. I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and while the arrangement arrived in a timely manner, the one that she received looked nothing like the order I placedin a bad way. Flowers were completely different than those pictured, even the colors of the flowers were incorrect, and while I didnt expect the arrangement to be exactly as pictured or as full, it was completely wrong and was about a third the size. Predatory business. They take orders with no knowledge if they can be filled. On the day of delivery, you will get a notice that your order cannot be completed. Why is this business allowed to take money without the guarantee of service? Today this happened to me. The worst, I would never recommend 1-800-flowers to anyone. My order was shipped wrong the first time and the replacement started withering the next day after delivery. The flowers never bloomed completely and looked nothing like the picture. They made promises that they didn't keep. I was promised 25% off coupon and a another replacement which I never received. Would not give refund. Worse company I ever dealt with.
