I am very disappointed with this business they are slammer and liars I paid for a bouquet that was $150 some dollars that was never delivered and they lied and said somebody sign for it how can somebody sign for it when I was there waiting all day then I spoke with foreign people at 1800flowers they playing and giving me the runaround I literally been waiting 3 days for me refund what should I do next file a law suit
Bad business! I helped the community for ordering a lot of baskets and wreathes in 2019. Today I just found out I had been charged for membership fee $32.21 for two years. I asked for a credit for this year since I didn't even know this charge, they said could not do it. This charge is unjustified. Please help me for a refund.
**** flowers did not follow ********* instructions and created horrible Valentine's *** for my girlfriend. Kept calling and instructed on what they had to do which was irritable and confusing. Ordered these flowers they came half of them are dead they told me they were going to give me my money back and send a replacement Im yet to receive my money back or replacement worst Valentines Day ever
My boyfriend order Miniature rose plant for Valentine's *** and it came one day late and he payed extra for the same day delivery. When I received it, it was nothing like the picture that they had when purchasing it. When I finally got it the plant the next day and I unwrapped it all of the roses fell off and the plant was only 6 inches in height. My boyfriend and I were both disappointed in the gift. He said he will never go through ***** Flowers again. They aren't worth the money your end up spending on flowers or plants.
I will never do business with1800flowers again. They were not reliable with promises that were lies. Ordered a funeral spray to be deliver by 1 PM. Received two emails (8 minutes apart) informing me the arrangement was being prepared and at about same time a URL message that the order was delivered...this was before 11AM. Ordered Chocolate covered strawberries from Sharies Berries which now outsourced to **** Flowers. Placed them 4 days before Valentines Day to ensure they would arrive. On Valentines Day, the order never arrived. I called and the rep. *********** it for delivery on the 15th. At about midnight I received an email saying they tried to reach me via email because they could not fulfill my redelivery and to please call back to reschedule a new date. I had to make several phone calls; the first agent lied and said she processed the order and sent the full refund. The second agent refused 100% refund and was only able to offer 50% plus a $20 off coupon. The flowers I received were horrible/very poor quality. Most of the buds were smushed and already ********. There is no way my significant other would have chosen the quality of flowers that your company sent to me. I have placed an order which have a delivery today 02/14/2022 and they sent me an email saying order delivered. I have been in the house with my wife whom I bought the flower for and it never arrived. Now I requested my money back and it takes 7 business day to be posted into my account. Disgusting way of conducting business
