Terrible customer service. ******************** did NOT show up on the day I paid for them. They had a 95 minute hold to chat!! Did not call me back when I asked for a call back until 4 AM !!! the next day. Although I was groggy as I was asleep it was pretty clear that the lady on the phone was not interested in making anything right. She just wanted to talk over my concerns to let me know they were going to show up the next day. I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my mother 2 and a half weeks ahead of time. I checked online to see what the status of my order was on the day and came to see that it just showed the status as Pending. I called **** flowers and the first rep told me oh I see its actually in transit. I asked them for the tracking number since there was not one shown on the website, since it wasn't shipped yet. I have dealt with **** flower company over the phone and through texting them. I am blue in the face. They have not satisfied me, so I had asked to reimburse my credit card. They told me I had to wait until 8PM tonight to request my money back to my credit card. I feel that this is just to have me wait. The day has gone to by when the gift should have been delivered. Please have them reimburse my credit card now! I am planning to delete their app and to pass it down not to use their service. Thanks *******

So much for my Valentines Day delivery (2/14/2022). Someone please explain to me how I get an Email and text notification that my product has been delivered, and it's nowhere to be found anywhere in my front yard. C'mon, man.

I have ordered several times and I get the same result. My order was not delivered and they charged a arm and a keg for expedited delivery. PLEASE DO NOT USE **** flowers. Its better to find a local shop.

I order flowers for my wife for *********** day a week early 2/11/2022 rose and ****** bouquet to be delivered on 2/14/2022 .but no they delivered 3 day early because there busy ,so calll 1 800 flowers they said so sorry we can fix it its 2/11/22 still plenty of time to fix it they have same day delivery order before 2pm ,they **** it deliver on feb 14 but guess what it deliverd *** *on feb 15 do it yourself set up omg this is unexpetable my wife thinks im cheep can't send her flowers on *********** day. Bad business

Said $200 order was delivered which it was not (and I can prove materially).Had to go through 3 chat sessions to resolve the issue.Agents were extremely slow, one of them closed the session after making me wait for 15 minutes under the pretense of issuing my refund.I only obtained a refund after threatening legal action and mentioning that have extensive legal insurance. I gave the agent 15 minutes to be done before I sought legal advice. Magically, the third agent then finished in 2 minutes a task that the 2 previous ones t... read more

Order flowers from this company on Jan 13th to be delivered Feb 14th site stated it'll arrive between 8am and 9pm flowers never arrived called customer service at midnight wanting an explanation and refund, customer service told me twice "we do not know who our local stores are or where they're located" I responded with you have other florist shops close to your client send and deliver flowers but you don't know who or where the local stores are. Ive used 1800flowers in the past and my experience was fine, nothing stellar.This final experience has been awful. My item was guaranteed to arrive by 2:30 on 2/14 at my wifes school. I ordered 4 days in advance.5pm on 2/14, no flowers. I contact customer service and they said my order was replaced and that it would be there by 9pm?They order it again, itll be there 2/15 by 2:30.
