3 days after it was due they cant find a florist in my area. No one speaks enough English and I was disconnected. Even though they can not deliver the flowers they continue to take orders. No stars for this scam

I had a condolence gift sent directly to family. The gift looked like a nice candle with a lovely sentiment. It cost $35 for the candle and another $15 shipping. Unfortunately, shipping charges didn't appear until I'd already placed the order (no confirmation page on the website before purchasing.) I was willing to let it slide because it was a gift. I ordered a fruit basket on behalf of .y church and I spoke to a representative who assured me that the basket would be delivered same day. As the day came to an end I checked and the basket was never delivered I called back and spoke to another representative and she also assured me delivery will be delivered. The flowers that I ordered for a funeral and spent $130 for were not delivered. I took photos of every arrangement there. I went on their chat and they insisted they were delivered but could not provide a photo of the arrangement or proof of receipt. The funeral home did not receive anything that looked like the arrangement I chose or had my name on it. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, my calls never went through. I ordered a Christmas poinsettia for my mother which was scheduled for delivery on 12/24/21. 1800flowers called me and stated the flower I delivered is not in stock so they wanted to replace it and still make delivery in time, which I agreed.They charged me for the new flower and did not refund me for my originally ordered poinsettia. My friend ordered a armament for my birthday on February 3rd to be delivered on the 4th. They were shipped from ********** to ******* ** in a box with out any water. They arrived on the 8th!!!!! 4 days later than expected. They were all dead! What a disappointment! I called customer service and spoke with *********. She was absolutely NO HELP WHATSOEVER! Fraudulent contracting. Ordered flowers for same-day delivery on a time-sensitive matter. I received confirmation, but NOTHING was delivered. The company collected my money but did not actually perform the service. They called me twice the day after delivery was supposed to take place, each time offering a different delivery date (both of which were too late) but assuring me the order was in progress. The flowers never arrived. I called two days afterwards thinking they would have notified me about the flowers not being delivered but they did not. The customer service rep said they would re-order and give a refund of $20. Afterwards I received an email stating that I received a credit for a future order. The customer service rep had lied. I called back to let them know and they stated it was too late for the refund since it had been reordered. They offered no resolution for this.

Placed an order at 9am and paid a fee for same day delivery. Flowers were not delivered to my spouse and when I called they would offer a refund but could not provide a reference number or confirm it was completed. The English of the rep was horrid and they refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. Do not buy from 800 Flowers they are a horrible company this is the 2nd time this has occurred in the past 6 months.
