I have ordered three different times and they have all been horrible experiences. The last order I just forced them to refund me. Dont guarantee same day delivery if ordered by 2 PM if youre not going to make on the promise. Dont wait until I inquire about where the order is to tell me what I purchased isnt even available. You should have called me. Dont say the order has been delivered when it in fact has not been. I ordered flowers for my brother-in-law's funeral but when we arrived at the service the flowers were not there. The funeral home searched the entire building and could not find them so I placed a re-order through 1800Flowers site. After submitting the replacement it popped up that it would take ***** hours to deliver. That wouldnt work since the funeral was starting shortly so I called their customer service number. This business is awful. I have now experienced TWO totally failed orders on flowers that were meant to be there on time for very important people in my life. The latest failure happened after i called on the day of expected delivery and was ASSURED that they would still deliver, after receiving an email claiming that the delivery was already completed (they claimed these emails are more like pre-delivery notifications, whatever that is supposed to mean). Ordered a very expensive arrangement for a loved co-worker who lost her young son to a tragic accident. This was to be delivered before the visitation/viewing/funeral.While at the viewing, i noticed it wasn't there! It was never delivered! Checked my email, no messages, checked my order online, shows delivered. I call after the viewing, and 1800flowers tells me the florist was not able to fulfill my order. Avoid them. After my second horrible experience, I called to cancel my passport membership. Bottom line: what you order (and pay for) and what is delivered are two different products. There seems to be a disconnect between the company and their florist contractor, With the disconnect, comes lack of accountability. Absolutely horrible service and even worse customer service! If I could give Zero stars I would. Placed an order on the morning of 12/22/21 to be delivered on 12/23/21. Order was never received. I called into customer service and spoke to an agent that informed me my delivery date was pushed back to 12/28. Advised her that it was unacceptable as I paid the shipping charge to be delivered on the original date specified. What was advertised and the product that was delivered were two totally different items. It was awful. Just junk. I would love to post photos which would speak volumes of the product received.

This place is disgusting I ordered strawberries on a Sunday they were to get delivered on Monday nothing then said Tuesday still nothing now it says delayed and will ship on Wednesday so here we are three days in and now the fruit will not be fresh or nay good but yet they still took my money and offered me 20 off next order no way I will never ever order from them again this place should be shut down and never opened again they are a rip off place and have been getting away with it for years ..
