I placed an order intended for Valentine's **** There was a glitch in the app which resulted on the wrong day and wrong recipient being selected. Within an hour I called and tried to have the problem corrected. The associate on the phone struggled to even get the spelling of my name correct. I tried by cha, and was told me nothing could be done. Even though I contacted the company right away and the issue was clearly a mistake in the app, it could not be corrected.
Worse company I have ever delt with ordered 2 different items on ****st 2022 as of this day 2-7***** it has not been delivered I keep getting the run around about why this is happening it cost me $130.95 and can't talk to a supervisor keep getting put on hold now being told order will be delivered on **** ***** I will Never do business with this company again nor would I recommend them don't know why they are still in business
I had purchased a flower arrangement I was told and paid for the item to be a delivered to the address I provided on the next day I was received by a agent who can hardly speak English . There was no notification that the item was held up out that it said item was our not delivered on the next day so Im going on day three very un professional not a company I would ever recommend
Flowers came late and damaged falling apart literally. Second order (placed at the same time as the first order, as well as going to the same house) has been lost in ** all week. They refuse to refund full amount and cancel the second order and refund me. I spent over $200 on this gift. Spent over an hour on the phone and got hung up on. They have 0 concerns for you or your overall experience. Complete waste of time to use this company or get your money back. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.
I've order 5 items in the last 2-3 months. Only 2 with no issues. Paid for next day delivery ....never happened, paid for a specific flower , said they had to replace it with something similar, flower was nothing like what I ordered and it came in a box that my 95 y/o aunt had trouble opening ....flowered ordered was in a vase. Ask for a supervisor they were all busy, asked to cancel order they cant. I'm over it. They are not as dependable as they seem
I have used this company twice, and twice its been a hassle . From poor quality to double charging on my purchase, to delivery DAYS after promised, I will NOT use this company again and would encourage you to find another company offering the same products for yourself. You will save yourself a headache.
If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is horrible. The crazy thing is, I have used them for years. Each time there was always an issue with delivery but somehow it was always fixed in the end until now. My sorority sister's *** passed away suddenly. I order flowers for my grandmas 70th birthday. Not only did the flowers not show up At all. I had to repeatedly call to try and get any information. I was hung up on and placed on several holds and ultimately was offered no explanation As to why. Their idea of a resolution was to call the recipient and offer an apology. While the costumer service rep did her best to resolve my complaint she was not authorized to give a complete refund. I placed an order for funeral flowers well Ahead of the date. Delivery was not made in time for the funeral. This was my kids grandmothers funeral. No way to fix this. Completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the funeral home as well when they had partnered with 1800Flowers.
