I spoke to *** before I did not received my flowers the first time y he was a good worker to but then I was supposed to receive my flowers on December the 28 but I did not received it at all,so, I had my daughter to call the company for 1(800)flowers y she told my daughter Im going to receive my flowers at 8:00pm but no flowers at all y I want my money to put back on my debit card

Used 1-800-FLOWERS for a Christmas bouquet for mother-in-law. They contracted with a florist in ******, ********** called Miracle Flowers. The Bouquet was left outside, no call, text or email, didn't knock on door. The driver plopped the vase outside on a walkway 20 feet from the front door, vase filled with water overflowing with some scrappy filler. Paid for XL bouquet, what was delivered was a scrawny, wet, pale comparison to the advertised bouquet. No lilies, 4 tired roses, some mums and baby's breath. Not even a red bow... read more

If there was a negative rating, I'd give that to 1-800-Flowers. For the second year in a row they failed to deliver my Christmas arrangement on time. I was expecting a delivery today, I received e, ail from 1-800-Flowers that my order was delivered, but when I went to bring it in the house, it was nowhere to be found. This is the second year in a row this has happened, and it's just completely unacceptable.Moving forward I will get my floors and floral needs somewhere else.

I would have selected all complaint boxes except one is only given one option. I would not recommend this company. What one gets is very different than what is advertised. The arrangements received are poorly arranged and more sparse. Not worth what I paid for the bouquets I sent. Truly, I should get a refund, but I know I won"t. On top of this my bouquets we're delivered three days late and somewhat wilted, as the two people I sent them to sent me pictures. I think your company and service is awful.. I personally have used your service 3 times and and all 3 times received an undeliverable notice. Had to call customer service to find out what the issues have been. The customer service team is horrific. Very frustrating and constantly putting you on hold. I spent $85 yesterday and dont need this aggravation. I will certainly look for another flower service and do not recommend using

They delivered a very wilted poinsettia plant to my cousin and only offered half of my money back. Ive used this service many times in the past, but will use them no longer. I also believe this business has been outsourced and I would like to support businesses only hiring in this country.

Beyond horrendous. 0 stars. On hold for 2 hours. Finally a supervisor promised to resolve my issue and failed to. Another phone call another 1 1/2 hours later another supervisor promised to resolve my issue and credit my account back for full amount and failed to do so. They charged my account 3 times. 2 of which I did not authorize.

Pay $91.68 for a large bouquet of flowers they delivered the flowers the next day it was a small $59.99 been trying now for 4 days to get this resolved no refund on the difference and no replacement flowers were ever sent the compensate what they charge me it seems like you kind of get the runaround when you call if they had a review of zero they would get it????????
