Horrendous customer service over the phone. I had to spell everything several times and the total time was 36 minutes to order one item. The website is also trash. I was stuck in an "enter the recipient information" Loop. It just kept coming back to that screen without any hope of advancement. I will never use their services again. Find a local flower shop and ask them to deliver.

We ordered for our dear friend a fruit basket and the pears where rotten the others were half black and embarrassing. I found out as it was delivered the time we came home. I called and they replace with nuts and not what I wanted. I can't see ever ordering from them again. I wondered what the other ones looked like?

Ive ordered twice from there and have yet to receive a bouquet even similar to what was pictured online. I have also been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks now

If I could provide zero (or negative) stars I would! I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece to be delivered to my parents' home the day before Thanksgiving. The flowers were delivered 2 days early and left out in the cold because they were out of town (which is why I ordered them for Wednesday). When I called, and after too much time on hold and much cajoling on my part, I was promised that a fresh centerpiece would be delivered on the correct date. Nothing arrived. Placed an order, 7 days later. The flowers got cancelled by the florist without notice. I get a confirmation of delivery email and the recipient never received the flower arrangement I sent, the order was not even processed. The generic number is a joke, no supervisor is ever available to speak to you. They dont return the calls and their way of making things better is to give you a $20 coupon to use on your next purchase!!! I will definitely not be shopping here, EVER. Terrible customer service. Entered order and received acknowledgement when it would be delivered. Was not did not receive notification untill next day when I received email saying during preparated. Called number auto system transfer me to agent who did not have my info even though auto system had I gave him my order number he said no good I repeated he said from someone else and kept asking if I was them then he requested my phone number which he also entered wrg I asked for a supervisor he did not get I hung up called back... read more

I ordered a Godiva chocolate basket and did not need it after all. I planned to return it if it didn't live up to my standards. Little did I know that there is not a return policy and the company does not cite that all sales are final anywhere on its website. I spoke with a customer service representative who confirmed this and he said that there's nothing that can be done. It's all about making your customers aware of their options. My daughter had placed an order for my birthday *****, My daughter had received an email stating that the flowers were delivered. Not true, she ended up calling and talking to 2 different customer service associates, both saying yes they were delivered! I decided to call myself and spoke to a women, that informed me that they were in transit, and should be here by 8PM! You made this a terrible experience for both my daughter and myself! I dont even know where to begin with this one, but I ordered flowers for my aunt she never received them, but received someone elses flowers, different arrangement than I ordered for her & the card was for someone else not her so I called **** Flowers to ask for a replacement & see what happened. No answers on how it was mixed up, but was able to order same day replacement for me which was great, but those never showed up either.
