We have ordered twice from 1800flowers only to find us waiting on non delivery flowers and service till 8pm. They keep giving us run around that they deliver that there showing the person delivering and nothing. Very disappointed and have never had a worst experience do not do not use this for anything.

Horrible experience I order flowers for my mother's birthday. They marked the flowers as delivered when I called they told me that they never delivered the flowers and excess was they called the contact number no responses which is a complete lie. I have telephone records showing never received a call. My mother was so upset and so am I never again will I order from them again.

I was double charged for a purchase on two separate dates. They put a hold on my bank account a day after the first transaction. 1800Flowers rep. said I need to wait 3 - 5 business days for transaction to fall off my bank account. My bank said that they need to release the hold first in order to refund the money. Why should I be penalized for their unethical business practices? I'm not pleased about this situation. I'll never do business with 1800Flowers because of this experience.

They are not consumer friendly. Only out for your money. I placed an order and spoke directly with a representative to adjust my arrival date not 5 minutes after placing the order. All the information she told me was a lie. Discovered this after calling the next day to verify what I was told. Of course a Supervisor or Manager was unavailable to help. I will not be ordering from them ever again. This is not the company I want to do business with again

This business is terrible. This is the 2nd time I attempted to order from **** flowers for same day delivery and got NOOOO DELIVERY! Their same day service is a scam in most areas. Dont fall for it, in fact, stay far away from this business as a whole. Go with ****** ************ if you want a solid reliable business that will actually deliver what you paid for - at least in my experience

I joined CElebrations Passport for a year of free shipping. I recieved an email for all the stores I would get free shipping from and went to Simply Chocolate to place some orders. Over and over I was charged $5 shipping. Upon puling up the chat, the agent told me he could not help me, he was with **** flowers, I asked for a phone number I could call and he never came back to chat. . ***** *** ***** used to be good. However, it seems that after 1-800-Flowers got a hold of them they are horrible. I wanted to order a Fruit-of-the-********** from them as I've done for years as a Christmas present. They instead sent me a 12-month Tower of Treats for the first month. When I realized THEIR error, I tried to get them to rectify it going forward, but they would not change my order nor make the appropriate price adjustment. I asked to cancel the order but they refused.

we ordered flowers online and paid $179 + tax from **** ***** ******* but Did not get value for our money, the quality was subpar, the customer service was not good. the ********************** were wilted and moldy. truly sorry for using the service of this flower shop, the customer service experience/ quality very *****************************. don't be fooled by the pictures, make sure to read the fine details.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. ***** it was last minute as they funeral home gave very little time due to availability. He passed on Thanksgiving. I ordered them on Sunday as soon as I could at 9:00 in the morning for a 1:00 time on Monday. I gave the time as 1 hours early to try and have them there on time. They are 5 hours late and still not delivered. I called and there is nothing they will due until they have not reached destination at 8:00pm. The service will be long done by then.
