1800flowers is horrible. Dont waste your money or your time. The latest order was ordered 8 days in advance and was not delivered on the scheduled date and when I called they couldnt tell where it was with ***** and that it might arrive one or two days late. Obviously, they dont know how ***** works or know how to use a tracking number! They were not willing to guarantee delivery, replace the order or refund my money after wasting a half hour on the phone. Never again, they can stick their membership. I ordered a flower arrangement for my sister's 60th birthday. They were to arrive on 9/24/21. I wanted on 9/27/21 (her actual b-day) but delivery for this arrangement wasn't available for that date. Figured I'd do on Fri so she could enjoy them during her b-day weekend. She received them on 9/24/21 but there was no water in the vase, the flowers were wilted and flowers did NOT at all match what I ordered! I called immediately to complain. Placed same day delivery in morning. They called me at 4:20pm to say their florist couldnt make or deliver the arrangement Id already paid for. Offered 30% off next order. Why would anyone reorder from a company who cant deliver on their first order? I asked for next day day delivery instead & they said they would replace or substitute the arrangement. Substitute what exactly? So disappointed. Ive had no problems with 1800flowers.com in the past. Now its just a scam.

Placed an order AND fully paid on 9/2/21 for a delivery on 9/22/21 Its now the 23rd and no delivery. Cant call anyone- the number provided says theyre not accepting orders and hangs up on you itself. Help assistant is useless. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me- jokes on me for using them 3 times. Ive been scammed.

I wouldn't want anyone to have the experience i had with this company. I order a peace **** for a friend who son past. I order it Saturday on the 18th and they suppose to had deliver it on the 19..But they try to say no one was there. My friend was in the shower and she said if they had to call her she wouldnt here the phone, but anyway she call them back to let them no she was there, but they told her they will deliver it the next day, which was on a monday the 20th. I ordered a birthday gift on the 9th of September for delivery on the 15th of September. On the day of delivery, the birthday, they changed the tracking to say they could not deliver until the following day when no one was home for the delivery. I had no choice but to cancel the order and my loved one was left without a Birthday gift or celebration. They ruined it! I would recommend that NO ONE use ***** Flowers as they will only ruin any event you use them for.

Complete aggravation every time I order. Wrong product, wrong day, poor quality, and forget trying to get service from their call center. Do yourself a favor and order from your local florist. Quality is so much better and you support a local business.

Absolutely garbage of a company, they have messed up 3 orders now in a row. Now charging me twice for another order that I was hesitant to even place in the first place. Customer service is awful.<br /> <br /> <br />

Ordered a bouquet to be delivered same day (ordered early in the morning so they had plenty of time) only to get a voicemail a few hours later that the truck forgot the bouquet and we would have to wait 2 days. We called them back and they said they would deliver by 8 pm. Nothing showed up. We couldn't even cancel the order to order new flowers to be delivered that day for my mother in laws birthday. How unprofessional, rude, and careless. Never will have my business again
