The biggest scam and ponzi scheme ever. I not only didn't receive my arrangement but after several discussions with several agents I was lied to about redelivery, 50%refund and a discount code for future use. This place is such a scam preying on people wanting to do something nice for a loved one and celebrate a special occasion.

This company hires people who speak broken English to provide service and support to customers. My husband ordered flowers a week in advance to be sent to me at work for Valentines Day and sent him an email the evening before date of delivery stating that the selected arrangement wasnt available. Then minutes later send a second email stating there was no florist available in the area. He called customer service and got no help, nor did the rep offer any solution to the issue. Ordered on 7 Feb for Del on 12 Feb called them at 6pm to find out where the order was. After 4 phone calls being placed on hold being hung up on They switched the order to delivered.. Total scam No delivery made but that's how they operate their web business. FRAUDULANT scamming the web site

Very poor customer service, and false advertising. I got my order 2 weeks early. And then when they gave me a replacement order, after calling 3 different people, it was not the same as what I originally ordered. What I received looked nothing like what I ordered and it was thrown around inside the box. The flowers I received were smoothed. After much frustration and hours of talking to different reps, I finally got a refund. They only wanted to give me half a refund and 5% discount on my next order. No thank you. Flowers supposed to be delivered 2/11/22. They were not. First told by three, not delivered. Then told by four, not delivered. Then told flowers cost more than I paid ********** wouldnt make item. Then told I would get 50% discount, but they couldnt find a florist to deliver. Do not use this company. Have contacted credit card to get funds returned to me. Ridiculous.

I ordered 2 dozens roses for Valentines Day, a stuffed animal and a box of chocolates. This was to be delivered to the recipients place of work. When the day came they failed to have it delivered by 4:30 as promised. Then when I asked to deliver the order another day I was asked to pay another $28 as it would be more expensive. HORRIBLE!!! DONT DO IT!! If there is a problem you will never get it resolved, why you ask?there is no service in *******, AND NONE OF THEM SPEEK ENGLISH. I mean not even managers..I had to go to my credit company to get a refund, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They done even deserve one star

My last two orders I paid an extra $20 fee to have it expedited and they never are in the company never gives me the extra money I paid back. They are very rude over there. I had two supervisors just disconnect chat with me. I will never order from them again

I have repeatedly tried to give them the benefit of doubt, however every time I have tried to order from them they never deliver. They always have some Excuse as to why they cant be delivered the day I want them or they cant deliver them at all. I am not quite sure how they stay in business. I will never use them again and will tell anyone who is to find a reputable company. I was told last ********* when I ordered a ********* center price they cant deliver them until after *********.
