Their refund policy is very sketchy. I placed an order on February 12 for a total of $69 and cancel within a couple hours because I found a better option. They sent me an email a few hours later stating that my refund was going to be sent back to my payment method within 1 to 2 billing cycle. In other words. It would take 1 to 2 months. I've called them several times asking for my refund and they either give me a bonus excuse or hang up on me. I need my $69 refunded back to my debit card.

My Mother-In-Law was going into an ********************** today and I wanted some flowers waiting for her when she got there. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to be in the room when the Mother-In-Law arrived to cheer her up. I ordered them on Friday for delivery today. My wife messaged me the flowers never arrived. I confirmed the address and apartment number. Yep, everything correct.I went to the 1-800-Flowers website and checked the status. It stated the local shop had delivered the flowers. I ordered a ****** Flower arrangement for an out of state Funeral of a family member on Monday 2/21/2022 at 12pm, at 2pm on Monday they call back and said they could not be delivered by 10am on 2/22/2022. They said there was another item that COULD and WOULD be delivered in time and would make changes to the order. Now at 9:15am on Tuesday 2/22/2022(45 minutes until the service), I get another call saying they can not be delivered and they will be delivered to my house(which I live in another state). Wow is all I can say. I really don't know how or why this company is still in business. My husband ordered roses for me for Valentines day and they were absolutely horrible. After getting on line and looking, this is the norm for this company. When you call to complain they will send you a new order and knock off $20 but the replacement is just as bad as the original. I will say they were agreeable when I asked for a full refund. Still doesn't replace the fact my husband wanted me to have a nice bouquet for Valentines day an... read more

The flowers I ordered didn't come in time for a funeral. Suppose to be there at 1:00 didn't show up to after 2:15. Had to argue to get my money back. It was a floor style arrangement meant to be at funeral.Not something my sister would take home.

My boyfriend ordered me roses from 1800flowers and they came 2 days late as well as being the worst quality roses I have ever seen. Considering the price he paid they should be beautiful. Sad. Never order from them that is my advice

I placed an order which wasnt fulfilled, and then promised that it would be fulfilled. It wasnt fulfilled. I asked to be reimbursed and Ive had to go to our credit card to dispute this.

One star is too high of a rating. I purchased flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries, for Valentines Day and paid to have them delivered to my wife at work. Upon arrival the roses were wilted, smashed and petals were falling off the stems literally, part of the vase was broken so there was glass everywhere when opening the box my wife cut her hand, the box of chocolate strawberries were soggy and chocolate had melted through the bottom of the box.I called Sharis berries, explained the situation to 6 different customer ser... read more

I am currently deployed and tried to order my wife flowers for her Birthday. The flowers were not delivered. I contacted customer support which was painful and they stated they would order a replacement but it couldnt be delivered for several days. They told me that I wouldnt have to pay a delivery fee. That was refreshing since I had already paid said fee for the flowers that werent delivered.
