bait & switch. customer service is a joke.lies about confirmation & delivery.asked me to make sure the recipient reallt didnt receive the item i WISH i could post what they delivered. what a joke. looks like a kindergarten did it, not even CLOSE to what was ordered. this company should be ashamed of themselves, taking peoples money with ZERO delivery on products.

1 star is too good for this company!!!As a consumer, beware!! They are one of the worse flower order gatherers, not a florist!! They will take your money and promise you twice or 3 times the flowers that you will actually receive because they find a REAL FLORIST to fill there orders that they skim about $25 or more from your order and try to find a florist to fill it. Recently we had an order for $102 for red roses in a really expensive gold colored pitcher with 2 helium balloons attached and we overfilled the order with 12 ... read more

I ordered flowers on 12/4/2021 for a friend. They called me and left a message and wanted to substitute it with something else. I called them back within minutes and requested a refund as I didnt want what they were doing to substitute it with. They said it would be refunded. I have talked to them about once a month since then, waiting on hold and talking with someone different every time. Very disappointed. I ordered a flower birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. The flower arrangement never was delivered as promised after paying extra for same day delivery. Hoping it would get delivered the next morning, nothing! I called **** Flowers to see what was going on with my order. The only thing they offered was to reorder and deliver the next day.(2 days later) Why would I want the flowers 2 days after her actual birthday?? THE WORST flower company out there. I ordered some flowers for my sister-in-law because she unfortunately just lost her baby. Their website says same day, that did not happen. We ordered on a Saturday and couldnt even get delivery on Monday. So we paid extra to have them delivered to her ASAP. By 8pm AZ time its already 11pm in FL. No flowers. Call and the rep cant not tell me why they were not delivered. Isnt that the companies job, deliver flowers. So then she says she will give me a full refund and have the flowers delive... read more

1800flowers.com my mother call to place an order for her best friend birthday. After talking to sales lady we decided we did not want to place the order. She informed us that she cancelled the order and we were not charged. The sales lady also offered us a membership discount which we also denied because we were willing to pay the shipping fee. Purchased a bouquet and berries for anniversary gift.Mentioned in my designated place that the location was a school with an end-of-day delivery window of 3:00 pm.The next day, received tracking that indicated a 4:30 delivery. I immediately emailed to try and get an earlier delivery window. Now keep in mind - this was an anniversary gift that was intended to arrive in AM hours - as most places of business/schools receive their daily packages well before residences do - so a 4:30 delivery was not only too late for an actual p... read more

NO stars.I ordered flowers to be sent to my aunt for her 84th birthday,2 days ahead 3/30/22.Her birthday was today 4/1/22.The flowers were to be a surprise.Wow what a surprise,they were never delivered.I called the company x 2.I got poor excuses.I was told twice that they would be re-delivered before 8pm,if not call back on 4/2/22.Totatly unacceptable.I will NEVER use them again.
