Total ripoff. I ordered flowers for mother's day and the order got delayed a week after mother'sday. I called to cancel and they refused to refund. I lost $100 and my wife got nothing for her first mother's day because of this shady company.

Absolutely appalled. Ordered a flower/chocolate arrangement, received moldy flowers and expired (12/21/2021) chocolate. Contacted customer service and after a lot of back and forth was only offered a $20 refund. Completely unsat and disgusted. Had to rush to a local grocer and spend close to $120 for a similar arrangement last minute (Mothers Day is in 4 hours). Ridiculous

If I could leave zero stars I would. They lied. They cancelled an order without telling me last minute. They will not call me or refund my money. This is not a business its a fraudulent theft of honest people.

Ordered 24 gourmet dipped strawberries for Mothers Day and received only 6 dipped strawberries that were not even the gourmet ones. Called them to try and rectify the situation and they werent able to deliver a new order by Mothers Day. So I asked to cancel the order and refund the money which was over $90. They refused to refund the complete amount and only would refund half of the amount and give me a gift certificate. Horrible experience! Ordered flowers for my girlfriend, never showed but said that it was delivered. Had a replacement order, never showed and said it was delivered. Now unable to get the refund

Bait and switch operation with lousy customer service. I ordered a tulip/iris bouquet with a box of chocolates. Friend received a dozen tulips. Multiple online chats and several interminable holds on the phone, I was finally promised a 50% refund. I was going to stay on the chat all night if need be!

I placed an order for the funeral of a loved one and though my credit card was charged, the order was never delivered. The only way I learned about this was because the ordered stayed in Confirmed status well past the date of the funeral. It was not until I called them directly, that they told me it had not been delivered. They eventually issued a refund after several conversations with them and after they sent an email for a $20 credit. This is very disappointing so I would caution anyone who uses them. I placed an order to have fruit arrangements delivered to my mom. I ordered on 4.22.22 for 5.5 22 delivery. I called 800 flowers via phone and chat. The chat was done multiple times on the day of delivery, I just wanted reassurance that my order would be delivered and I was told multiple times it would arrive on 5.5 but late in the evening as it got closer to delivery date I messaged again and was finally told late in the evening that unfortunately they would not be able to deliver my item because florist were gone for the d... read more
