Flowers arrived 2 days late and the bouquet was almost entirely greenery. I was told they attempted to deliver the day before the bouquet arrived, but the recipient was home all day and verified no effort was made. I ordered a large bouquet, but there were only a few flowers, and they substituted the variety on all but 1 of the flowers shown in their ads (and substituted expensive varieties with the cheapest possible, like sunflowers and lillies for babies breath and daisies). Ordered for Mothers Day. Never delivered. Called and was told delivery person made an attempt but that wasnt true. They had me reschedule just to get a voicemail 30 mins later asking me to call in. The **************** rep ***** put the reschedule information into system correct so they ***** know when they could deliver. So my order would be canceled and I get a refund however they couldnt provide a reference number he refused to provided his name. Dont use this company! Horrible

Horrible experience. Unfortunately there is not an option to give zero stars.I ordered flowers for 2 different people for Mother's Day (separate orders, 2 different delivery addresses) and only one order was delivered.I called customer service and they would only offer a re-delivery and a $20.00 CREDIT. (wouldn't do refund of $20.00) Spoke to supervisor and he said the same thing. I requested to speak with his supervisor and he said he would have to write them and they would call me back. I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered between May 6th-8th. May 8th comes and goes and no flowers. I contacted ***** Flowers and they said they could do a redelivery for May 14th. Do NOT order flowers from this company!!! Ordered my mom some flowers for Mothers Day. She sent me a photo of the flowers and it was a completely different arrangement. I reached out to customer service to ask if a replacement could be sent. At first she told me that arrangement was out of stock, so I said I wanted a refund. **** Flowers failed to fulfill a mother's day order yet again. I gave them a second chance but never again. I got a phone call telling me that they couldn't fulfill the order but they'd refund my money and give me a $20 voucher so I could try to order from them again. Um, no thanks. What a disaster. I'd placed an order for Valentine's *** (weeks in advance). Flowers did not come due to a shipping delay. Of course, that is a disaster on Valentine's ***, but I know that they do not control the weather. I asked for a refund. I ordered three separate bouquets from them for Mothers day, two of which were never delivered. For the first one that wasnt delivered they didnt even call me and let me know, they called the recipient to let her know which completely ruined the surprise for her.
