**** flowers used to be a good company now they hire off shore the reps can hardly speak English . I ordered flowers and asked who was doing order since local flower shop has order. I asked who was local florist the name and she refused to give to me. I wanted name to make sure they had flowers I wanted for the money I paid I should be able to contact. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2022. I accepted that the flowers would be delivered Saturday....Sunday at the latest. I received at text message that the flowers were delivered to my mother's address at 11:30 pm. Needless to say....she did not receive the bouquet that I ordered. I was not able to gift her with flowers on Mother's Day. Now I'm out of $65.00. I am very disappointed in the service provided.
I sent flowers to daughter at ************************* (May 12, 2022); was said delivered-never received. School has no record of a delivery; ruined birthday surprise! Wasted over $100totally disappointed with *****-Flowers and ************** ** . This is the 3rd time I feel I have been scammed by this company. I take my time scrolling they their website looking for the perfect bouquet. I try to order early to make sure the flowers will arrive on time. THEEE TIMES!!! In the last 3 years the flowers I ordered were delivered late. And not 1-2 days. An entire WEEK LATE!! All these people complaining about not getting their flower orders - count your lucky stars.The flowers i received are horrible ! And were delivered horrible !!!There are buds that don't open and just fall off, then there are buds that start to open and don't.This was a mothers day gift. This company should be shut down. It is disgraceful that they are still in business after reading all these other complaints.

Do not order from them. Order was not delivered. Even sent me an email on the scheduled day saying it was being prepared but was never delivered. **************** never could explain why. Save your money time and energy do not order from them..like ever.. I will tell all my friends the same.
Well folks where do I start, let's start with the rating. One star is to high of a rating for the service my fiance received over this past week.
