A terribly company. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on mother's day. They didn't deliver the flowers and simply issued me a refund without any notice. I found out from my dad that not flowers arrived. I spent an entire day with customer service (3 calls total). Other than repeatedly apologizing, they made no effort to fix the issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I previously used this service and the delivery was two days late. I decided to give them another shot for Mothers Day this year for my wifes 1st Mothers Day. Ordered mothers day flowers for my Mom on May 4th and paid extra to make sure they were delivered on or before Sunday May 8th which was Mothers Day, no delivery every came!! Very disappointed with my experience with 1-800-Flowers. I placed a flex order for flowers to be delivered to my mother on Mother's Day weekend. I get an email Saturday at 6pm saying that my order was delivered. I call my mom to ask if she received the flowers, she said no. I call 1-800-Flowers and they say to wait until 8pm Saturday. 8pm rolls around, no flowers. Ordered from this company for Mothers Day received my order and the flowers looked as if they came from a grocery store the roses were wilted and dry they were old and turning ***** just awful. I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mothers Day yesterday. The automated system said theyd be delivered by 8pm! I called and the guy told me they were indeed out for deliveryso by 9pm I called again and a woman told me the florist rejected my order!? I said how can that be if they were out for delivery?!! I will never use 1-800-flowers.com ever again and if you want your flowers delivered in a timely fashion I suggest you do not either. I ordered flowers for my aunt for Mothers Day on May 5 I paid extra for the flowers to start with for one day delivery and then I paid a delivery charge on top of that. I agreed to have the flowers delivered between May 6 and May 8 I thought that was giving them leniency on their one day delivery that I paid for.
