My review of 1800FLOWERS!Terrible I'm in ******* my Aunt passed away in **! Funeral is May 12, 2022, I ordered an arrangement on May 6, 2022! Received a DELIVERED notification on May 9, 2022, my brother is at the actual viewing right now and didn't see the flowers so I called 1800FLOWERS, they called their peeps who were closed then she got confirmation from the funeral home in ** that they didn't receive the flowers! This company doesn't deserve one star. I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day on May 6th and they never got delivered. When I called customer service I was told they would resend order but wouldn't be delivered for another 10 days or I could except a partial refund. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know how horrible they really are.

One star is too many. I was over charged for what I ordered. Charged another $16.99 for service? which is laughable. I cancelled the order about 1 hour after placing it as the recipient would not be home. Flowers weren't schedule for delivery for another day. I spoke to somebody with extremely poor English and was told my order was successfully canceled. Well not only was it not cancelled it was re-ordered so I was charged again. I ordered a birthday gift for my cousin, who lives in another state, but her house is a 40 minute drive. The order was placed on their website, where standard delivery was listed as 3 to 5 days. I paid extra to expedite the order. I received an order confirmation via email. When I checked the status through ***** tracking system, the delivery date was 3 days after her birthday! This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I ordered flowers from them for Mothers Day/Birthday for my daughter! They deserve NO stars! Its a shame in order to leave a review you have to give them one star. Their customer service is horrible!!! They are scripted and each one sticks to the script! I have spent countless hours on the phone for a week straight and am still waiting on a manager call back and my money for my refund!!! This past Mother's Day I ordered flowers for my mother, options were available to arrive day before. I get a confirmation email that they were delivered and found out on Mother's Day she did not receive them. I let them know and they scheduled a flex delivery for Monday. Before that though, I had used another option from the email link to schedule a redelivery. My daughter sent flowers for mother's day. They said they were delivered. I did not get them and called. They refused to give me florist name to find out where they delivered yesterday they said they redelivered and again not here. No idea where they delivered. They should have called florist and said u delivered to wrong address instead of do redelivery. Now they are rude and say won't redeliver after 2 attempts but will give $20 towards another purchase. I ordered flowers that was supposed to be $74. The flowers never got delivered and they stole $600 out of my account, they took $300 out 2 days in a row. They said they would reimburse me because it was a mistake and before she processed the refund she hung up on me and I never got my money back!! Scammers!
