This is my email response to their customer service evaluation email: "The $61 "Lovely Lavender Medley" bouquet of flowers that my husband and I sent to our Mother in Law on Mother's Day over the weekend looked NOTHING like its picture of the arrangement on the ***** Flowers.com website. Even though it was a "small," the one delivered was TINY compared to the one in the photo. Mother's Day flowers never arrived. When we called to find out what happened, **** Flowers said they had no florist in that area. Of course, they still let us place the order and took our money. Now, we have to wait **** BUSINESS days for our refund. Never use; We are never using again.

Ordered a lovely lavender bouquet for Mothers Day, main colors were shown as white and purple. The flowers were yellow and pink and the only flowers that were the same were yellow roses. Told they would be redelivered the day before Mothers Day and I would get an email confirmation. Nothing redelivered nor an email confirmation. I have a bogus number they gave me over the phone. I paid for a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered to my mom on Mother's Day and I just got a call at 5pm ON MOTHER'S DAY that my ordered could not be fulfilled. I asked for a supervisor 3 times and was told that none was available. Then, I was told I would get a $20 coupon on a future purchase! Are you kidding me??! Will never use them again.

Horrible Company. They dont deserve anyones business. Both ************ calls are useless. Pretty sure the customer service agent I talked to on the phone was high on drugs. He kept repeating himself & slurring his words. They could do better by actually attempting to make a phone call to a different florist to at least try to get something out when an order has been marked delivered but never was. Today is Mothers Day and there is no time for me to do something different for my mom, especially since I live in another state.... read more

I placed an order to be delivered on may 7th, they then stated it would be delivered on May 8th but the tracking indicated it wouldnt be delivered until may 9th. I contacted customer service via their chat, and started the soonest they could get my order there was May 10th. Unacceptable business practices if they allow you to choose a date they should keep their delivery commitment to their customers. Im absolutely disgusted at how things went and they need to do better

My review will be inline with the other 1 star reviews. I placed an order for a same day delivery of flowers for mother's day. When I checked my email confirmation I noticed that they changed the day of arrival to the next day. I immediately contacted them and was told by live agent KC I couldn't cancel my order because it was already in transit. So I asked what I could do because I didn't want to pay over $100 for flowers that wouldn't arrive on time. KC then told me that all their affiliated florists in the area had reache... read more

This is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a plant for my mom for Mother's Day. When it came a day later then it was supposed to. The box was damaged and the dirt was all over the box. The only thing on the plant was buds not even flowers. What's the point in sending a flowering plant if there are no flowers. I called customer service and got someone not really helpful at all. She said I couldn't receive a full refund only a 50% refund.
