I ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandniece's funeral. Called to check if the flowers were delivered on time. I've called them 4 separate times over the course of 3 weeks. Each time they said they could not contact the florist who delivered the flowers. Each time I called, they also said they would send me a follow-up text. This companies agents are incompetent. They over charged me for an order, and told my delivery would be same day, which later they called, and said it wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow. They, weren't aware that I was an passport customer, and charged me for shipping, completely disorganized.
Do not order from this company. Total mis-representation of their product. I ordered a bouquet for my Sister who retired. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture and only about 1/4 full. There are lots of other horror stories from other people and an entire ******** page dedicated to this company with customers who have been wronged. ************** Florist.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and a waste of time. I needed to request a change to my payment method for an order. I contacted the customer service line and had to answer many questions. Then I was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes to be told that they could not address my request and that I had to be transferred to a "billing department." The flowers were great. The never ending emails are beyond infuriating. I have unsubscribed a billion times. I have blocked their emails too. They just keep sending stuff from a slightly different address. I thought it was fake, but the emails legitimately open up to 1800flowers. I will never buy their stuff again, just because theyre annoying.
One star is one too many. This is absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I was promised delivery the day following my order but this did not happen. When I called I was promised a new delivery date and then following non-delivery a third date was promised. I spent hours on the telephone but flowers were never delivered. I then cancelled the order and requested a full refund which to date has not materialized. Ordered Flowers. Day of delivery called could not put flowers in basket as shown. I requested more flowers nd colored vase. Came in clear vase did not look anything like original! Very disgusted for high price. DO NOT USE
Do not order from this company. I tried to order birthday flowers for my friend out of state and chose this company for the "same day delivery" promise. It was a birthday cake made out of flowers that came with a birthday balloon. I received a missed call from the company so I called them back. I thought these flowers would be delivered by a florist, on the day promised.Instead, they are delivered by *** ** in a box, and only during normal business hours, what ever that means now. Well, my wife's anniversary flower BOUQUET I thought I sent is going to her office in a box, and she already left and they haven't arrived. (3:30pm). If I knew before I ordered that *** ** was going to deliver them I would not have ordered. I could have bought these at the store for $40 instead of the $100 I spent on this nonsense.
