My order says it was delivered but it never arrived. The customer service agent was not at all helpful and kept offering me $20 for my next order offering no solutions to my current problem. I asked that they re-deliver flowers immediately and I was told that arrangement was no longer available and that the soonest they could get something else out was the next day. Horrible company!!!Absolutely no customer service. No one answers the phone and messaging service consists solely of robots. Typical 21st century company!

Not even a 1 there should be an option for 0 Stars!!!!!Ordered Flowers on 4/22 for my sister who has Covid and she could have used a smile from the flowers i choose. I got a call on 4/23 stating the flowers could not be delivered until a week later. I told the client representative to cancel my order and refund me. She told me 5 to 7 business days for a refund. The past 2 times I ordered flowers were a nightmare. I am so dumb for trying again after the first miserable experience. This company has deteriorated unbelievably!!!!!

Flowers ordered 4/29 for delivery 5/4. A local florist is within walking distance. Instead of sending the order to that florist, live flowers were shipped from ********** to ******* to ************ to ****** to *******, **.on 5/3 - 5/4. They left ***** @ 4:30pm and were not delivered . They returned to *****. They left ***** again @ 7:20am and as of 5:00pm are still not delivered. At this point they are no longer fresh and probably beat up.Other family members have also had bad experiences with them. DONT use this company!

I was trying to give them a 0,they put me on hole 5 times,I order flowers for mothers day, when they got there,they where dried up,they said,they were going to send more out the next day when she didn't receive them they said they would put it back on the card,it takes up to 7 days never again

After being constantly lied too about when my gift i orderd in early may I decided to take this to BBB Order was supposed to be delivered may 3rd and it wasnt I contacted the company and was told lies and lies they have refused to send me what I paid for Liars and scammers

1-800-flowers has got to be the worst establishment I've ever dealt with in my existence. First off, they false advertise consistently which should not be allowed while ripping people off. They lose your order, send the wrong things, send the wrong name on cards, and are the rudest people I've ever encountered. How they are allowed to function as a business is beyond me. Terrible experience with a bunch of ripoffs. I was made to add a star but this is NO STAR in my book.

OMG what a disaster! I tried to order 3 Mother's Day bouquets. I signed up for their free shipping for a year at $19.99 and was still being charged $83.94 for shipping. It seems there is a shipping upcharge on holidays that their free shipping program does not cover.I spoke with a woman named ** to straighten it out and she put me on hold 6 times.
