I want to give 1 800 flowers less than 1 star. I have yet to have a satisfactory experience with this 1 800 Flowers. Every time I have placed an order it has either not arrived when promised, not delivered to correct address, not representative to what was ordered, or not arrived at all. This company is ripping people off and all they can say is "would you like a $20 gift certificate towards your next order?" We are done with with 1 800 flowers. Better Business Bureau, Please engage immediately with 1-800-Flowers. It is very concerning the number of lies their customer service department can tell, the absence of any path to escalate and the failed deliveries.I placed 2 orders with them for delivery on 4/19/2022. When orders had not arrived by 7:40pm, they told me that both orders were on the truck and would be delivered by 8pm. Still no delivery.I called in numerous times today to get a status. Horrible service. Dead flowers that are frozen and arrived a day late. Expensive for flowers like this. Offer a discount and to send more flowers that never come.

Ordered through the Popcorn Factory, Paid almost half the price in shipping and then received an email less than 24 hours to it being delivered that it was "on back order." Called the customer service and all I got was apologies. The people I was sending the gift to were leaving 2 days after delivery so not sure it will arrive on time or at all. Very frustrating and will never order again

BBB should give the option for negative stars. I order flowers for Easter for three different recipients all to be delivered on 4/16 for Easter. Well what a surprise they didnt get there. But I got a delivery confirmation at 06:00 was told that local florist sometimes confirms delivery early. So I canceled my orders will never use them again. The money I spent was immediately taken out of my account now I have to wait for **** business days to get my money back. Just call your local florist. These big companies are no good f... read more

1800Flowers.com Corporate Headquarters I have used this service provided by 1800flowers for a long time, and not had any problems until Friday. I placed an order for same day delivery for someones birthday. After waiting all day to get the notification she had received the flowers, which were not cheap, the text never came. I needed to order flowers for the father of a close friend. This same friend was using 1-800-Flowers for her fathers funeral and recommended them. I ordered my flowers from them: appeared ordering line is in another country, confusion as to my name spelling repeatedly. Place my order for next day delivery by 9am and *** ******** that would occur. He then wanted to offer their Passport at $4.00. I discussed the price x 3 and he repeated it 3 times to me. I would like to file a complaint. I ordered same day flowers for my mothers birthday. They didnt arrive for 4 days and she wasnt around to receive, so the neighbor had to throw them away after they sat outside for days! I contacted them for 3 days asking about the delivery, ultimately cancelled the delivery on Sunday, and they Delivered Monday! I asked for a reason for the delay and they refused to tell me. Do NOT buy from them!!

My husband purchased a $50 bouquet from 1-800-FLOWERS for our anniversary. With shipping, the cost was $75. The flowers did arrive on time, but they were dead and there were only four large flowers with maybe three stalks of filler. This is absolutely ridiculous. We tried to call customer service for a refund but were only offered a reshipment or a 50% refund. This is almost fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be making another request for a refund.
