A business is only as good as their *************** So with that said ***** Flowers should not be in business. Long story short, I placed an order on 3/24/2022 for a Sympathy Dish Garden basket ( large size ) that was supposed to be delivered on 3/25. Florists.com is a complete scam. Ordered flowers for my elderly mother-in-law's birthday. Delivery date came and went - no flowers and zero contact from them.They don't have a customer service phone number to resolve issues real-time, so I spent a week emailing them over and over again. No response, no refund, no flowers. Now my mother-in-law thinks I lied about sending flowers. It may be her last birthday and this company has completely ruined it and really hurt our relationship. NO stars: We have attempted to do business with the company three time and every time the order was canceled due to fraudulent activity suspicion. We contacted our bank and was told on every time that it was nothing on on the bank side. Last and final attempt to do business with the company and after a hour of chatting we was transferred or put on hold to be switched to some one else. Two charges pending on our account and still yet we have no flowers or explanation. I will not do business with this company every again.

Dont ever never trust this company. I putted in two order and had never been delivered. They had messed up my order twice. These company is totally scamming people. This business need to be shutdown.

1 800 Flowers has been harassing me for months about this celebrations passport. I have tried to close my account by calling many times. They refuse to close my account and turn off auto renewal. I don't know what to do.

Do not purchase anything through this company. Ordered a very expensive orchid and a food gift to be delivered in two days. The days were open on their calendar. They delivered two days after the scheduled date and there was no offer of satisfaction. "Well it is going to be there Friday." - ***** clerk.I will NEVER use them again, this was for someone very special and they dropped the ball and don't care to even try to make it right.

**** flowers was the only florist I could find that would deliver to my colleague's rural zip code (spoiler alert: they did not deliver there either). I placed an order on February 7th, 2022 that was supposed to be delivered on February 15th, 2022 (it was a personalized gift box, hence the long-ish delivery estimate). My girlfriend and I on two separate occasions have used this service and it is absolutely terrible. They dont fulfill their obligation and when they dont they come up with inadequate solutions to keep their profit rather than do right by their customers. Terrible business that fails their clients.
