I ordered flowers for Easter for someone to be delivered the Friday before. They never came. Tried to get them delivered Saturday. They never came. Tried after Easter to get other flowers delivered, they never came. Got the $20 gift card which I didnt want because Im never using them again. Was able to get 1/2 my money back. After seeing pictures online of customers flowers that they did receive, Im kind of glad they never came. Please investigate this company. Read the reviews. I wish I had.
This is not a reputable company. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered ********************** for a birthday gift and they were not delivered. The companys resolution was to try to deliver again in 2 days. Never again will I use this business. Buy local.
**** Flowers is the worse company to order any type of arrangement to send to someone .There online chat is misleading and they do not stand behind what they say or do .I order from this company 3x and all three times I have been disappointed with their products and their service they provide . On Fri April 29th, I ordered the Large It's your day bouquet Thank You to be delivered Sat April 30th. The bouquet came with a Thank You balloon. I received a picture of the flowers when they were received and was shocked and embarrassed! Instead of a Thank You balloon, a maroon balloon with Thank You written on it with a black sharpie! First let me say this company does NOT HAVE ENGLISH SPEAKING REPRESENTATIVES. The representatives are overseas and are extremely difficult to communicate with and understand. I ordered for the first time from this so-called business and my order was never received. I also never received a receipt, but was able to take a screen shot. I was also promised 15% off my first order. My recipient never received the basket and I was charged the full amount. Terrible customer service! I was contacted the day of delivery and told there were no more flowers in my city! Wanted to cancel the order and was told they would keep half of my money. Received a new item not even close to the original and 3 days after Easter, the holiday the original flowers were ordered for. I ordered a standing floor basket of flowers for my ex wife's funeral. Which was on a Saturday. I placed the order the Thursday before the day of the funeral. My son who was at the funeral services called me and informed that someone from the funeral home told him no flowers were sent. **************** is horrible! Order was placed on 4/14 to be delivered 9n 4/28. No email confirmation no delivery confirmation Nothing! Their idea of communication were half hearted apologies. The only way I knew my order had been delivered is my 91 yr old mother called to tell me. 1800flowers took my money and did zero customer service and zero confirmation emails. Empty promises. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere
They do not deserve even one star. I was repeatedly lied to by two different customer service people. They cant let you speak to a supervisor, they cant make updates to your order in less than 2 minutes after the order and you cant either. They can only refund 50% of your spent money, not true, they can return it all. Then the replacement order that was offered wasnt going to arrive for over 10-days after the funeral.
