Today I ordered a fresh flower arrangement for my grandma funeral. I was left not getting the arrangement and 20 minutes to find one before the funeral. False advertising same day services.

DO NOT USE florists.com or their supposed parent company 1-800-flowers!!I purchased a sympathy arrangement for a friend who lost her husband of 37 years. The order was never delivered, no notifications were ever sent. I have currently tried contacting the company the following ways: phone, email, chat assistant, ********* and online help form on their website. I logged in to my account and tried to make an order and use my passport membership to get free shipping for which I pay $19.99 per year. When I got to the payment page, the website was unresponsive. I tried for hours. However, when I went on as a guest where I couldn't use my passport membership, I was able to easily input my payment information and pay over $17.00 in shipping fees. This is a complete scam by the company to avoid having to give the free shipping. It is a disgrace.

I ordered flowers on June 6th to be delivered on June 17th 2022. I got an email later in the day stating my order could not be fulfilled and I was going to be refunded. I called a few days later and was told that I will be refunded in 3-7 business days. On June 17, with no refund in sight, I get an email that says were processing your order. I called them right away to say I dont need them to deliver the flowers as I had made other arrangements. The agent on the phone said ok and I will be refunded $102I paid $128. on june 27 i ordered flowers to be delivered on July 5th.. plenty of notice. July 5th came and no delivery $92.00 gone. Called them up and they state they will refund my money. the next day they offered to give me a discount to resend the flowers. Like a dope I said ok, so now two payments have gone to them. Again no delivery, so twice in 3 days NO delivery. Once again they state they will refund my money. Then they offered me more of a discount to try a third time.. My friend's father died, and send her a bouquet of white roses. They charged me TWICE for the bouquet! When I noticed that I had been charged twice, I called them; they said we charged you once for "security". I told them, you either can afford the flowers or not! "Depending on your bank, you will get the $81 in 3-5 days.So They charged me TWICE. I told them, do you realize that a lot of people may not afford to pay $160 for a bouquet of flowers that cost $81? My 10 year anniversary was today so 2 days ago I ordered edible fruits and flowers to arrive at the home. I was told it was out for delivery the whole day and when it didn't show up, all customer service could do was give me a refund but couldn't explain why I didnt get my order. My wife came to me thinkin I forgot the anniversary!!!!!. Thnx guys I'll be sure to use you guys real soon....................

It's the first number I can think of to call for flowers, but they outsource their staff and their staff cannot reach out to any florist because the staff is overseas. I requested same day and I placed the order at 9am; at 3:30pm I am called to be informed that the order will NOT be delivered. How could that be acceptable. They won't even tell you who the florist are, so that we can call ourselves. This service is not for same day at all! And then they're want to give you the money like that resolves it; it doesn't. I placed an order online to ******. What looked like a beautiful arrangement at a good place only to get a call 5 minutes later stating they do not deliver to that address. I called and rep stated let me try and took over 10 minutes trying to find a similar arrangement. When she entered the address got the same error. Why would she not know ahead of time there was not a shop in the area. I told her just to cancel the order.
