Absolutely horrible. This company should not be in business. They sent me flowers that looked like they were picked from a slowly dying garden. The quantity was insufficient. They attempted to send more flowers another day. This time they were better but again the quantity was not what they advertised. On top of that they charged me a shipping fee, although I already paid for their passport service. I thought they would return my money for the bad flowers, but apparently not. #ChrisMcCann CEO of #1800flowers was unable to deliver joy, comfort or support with my gift to a newborn baby. I received confirmation that my gift package was delivered only to find out a month later that in fact it was not. I contacted the support team, they guaranteed it would be re-delivered. I received another confirmation of delivery and again, no show. I contacted them again and they acknowledged a delivery problem and guaranteed another delivery. Guess what? I placed an order for an edible arrangement for my mother In law, whom lost her 102 year old mother. I set up delivery and thought it was set. The delivery driver left in hot sun and didnt call. It melted and ruined the arrangement. I called and complained, and I was told we would be reimbursed and a new arrangement would be sent. Days passed so I called back. Terrible experience with 1-800-flowers. First phone call was with a person who barely spoke English and there was a rooster crowing in the background. Second phone call with another customer service rep. who assured us planter we ordered for a funeral service on 9/24/22 would be delivered in time for the funeral. Nothing delivered, when we contacted them they informed us the planter would be delivered on Mon. the 26th two days after the service. Seriously ! I ordered flowers for my Father in law's funeral and asked that they be delivered on 9/9/22 no later than 9:30 AM. At 10:00 AM when the flowers were not delivered as promised, I called 1800flowers and an automated system told me my flowers, not one order would be delivered but 2 orders would be delivered at 8:30 PM and I was charged twice. When I spoke to a representative I asked that the order be canceled and my money be refunded. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star. They deserve zero starts. Horrible experience with ***** flowers. I placed an order on Monday (9/12/22) with a guarantee that the flowers would be delivered same day. The delivery never came. **************** then guaranteed delivery the next day, with 50% off. My grandmothers funeral ruined, paid almost 1000$, funeral director called not to let mom know the flowers made it; but to let her know how terrible they looked and that one arrangement was missing. CS could care less, had no options, no refund, and service that we ordered and paid for was not met in minimum standards. What would you say if this was your loved ones funeral? I preordered flowers 3 days in advance. I asked they be delivered at or before 11am. They said they could make that happen. The order wasnt delivered until 1:58pm. This was a bereavement arrangement for a funeral. By the time it was delivered everyone had gone. I contacted them and asked for a refund. 50 % is all they would give for an order that was literally for nothing. Youve been warned
