This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. Flowers were scheduled for delivery 12/23, arrived 12/27 dead. I spent 2 hrs 20 minutes over 3 day span to get redelivery, no resolution. I'm turning it over to ****, $90 Flowers. I want to attach pictures but don't see an opportunity. I'll post to ** to warn other innocent victims.

Supposed to be delivered on Dec 23 rd. Have called them everyday since then to see when they are delivering the flowers and chocolate. On the 26 now they said they are going to reorder a delivery date. I asked for the new day and she would not tell me, she said wait till the email comes to you. Its really bad when you cant understand the customer service lady and not very helpful.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Never Never order from this company. They will lie to you and tell you your flowers are delivered and keep the money. I am not sure who they use as the delivery service but they do not deliver the flowers not sure if its because of time or if it is the complexity of greeting to the recipient house or location. My flowers supposedly got delivered twice. Each time they sent me a text saying it was delivered but when I called the recipient they never received anything. Im so disappointed. Th... read more

My husband ordered a Christmas arrangement for me as a gift from 1-800 Flowers. ******* ******* in ****** CA was the local provider for the $140 arrangement. My husband was in the front yard when it arrived and he complained to the delivery driver that it sure didn't look like the picture on 1-800 Flowers. The driver said, "I'm just the delivery guy you'll have to call." So husband called and 1-800 Flowers said they would redeliver the proper arrangement the next day by 8 pm. I will never use **** flowers again as they are incapable of delivering orders on time. First order was a Thanksgiving centerpiece that was supposed to be delivered a day or two before Thanksgiving and didnt arrive until later that weekend. This time was flowers for an anniversary that is still out for delivery a day later. Was in a customer service chat for over a half hour arguing about whether or not its their responsibility to deliver flowers for a specific event on the day of the freaking event. The worst experience ever! I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were never delivered. I received an email the day after the funeral informing me the delivery was not made. I have made several attempts to speak to a supervisor to find out exactly what happened and they have refused. One rep actually told me the florist couldn't find the funeral home! I ordered a Poinsettia plant, when it arrived it was basically destroyed. I called the business and finally got some response from a person that worked there. The person told me there was nothing they could do because I did not have an order number available, I told the person that I just received the plant and and an e mail with the number included. The person Hem Hawed around and refused to do anything about the situation, until the person finally agreed to send a new plant and a 20 per cent discount on my next order. Also... read more

I ordered flowers....they were never delivered, at least not to the right address....I sent them one more time....my friend still never received them....asked for a refund twice, still didn't receive it. I will never order from 1800flowers again

I was trying to find a reasonably priced wine basket for a co-worker for the holidays and the lower priced ones all had a huge markup on the shipping. I would put something in my cart, enter the delivery address and refresh it to check the shipping charges on each selection so I eventually picked a higher priced one and did the same thing. After refreshing it, it showed a $0 delivery fee so I assumed that it was because the more expensive ones included delivery which would make sense.
