Ive been a loyal customer for years. In January I ordered ********************** for Valentines Day to be delivered ***** February by 8:00. No delivery made. I called their ********** call center to inquire. The only thing that could be done was to deliver my flowers on the 15 Feb; one day after Valentines Day. What a disappointment. I dont want flowers delivered the day AFTER valentine **** Theyve had my money since January. I wont be doing business with them again. Very upset. Please refund my entire amount ASAP.

This company needs to shut down. They robbed *********** day for the second time in a row. They embezzled over $300.00. The first time they sent my order to ********** and lied to Bof A and said I received it. I live in *********. Schools are not open until 9:00 pm. They allegedly claim they contract with local florists. Why are they shipping flowers in a box through Fed Ex? I think it's time to file a class action lawsuit and put them out of business and spamming people's mailboxes.

Placed Valentines Day order on January 24th they told me it was delivered the day before Valentines Day. Nothing was ever delivered. Offer me a $20 coupon on my $300 purchase with a joke.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! RIP OFF!!!!! DON'T TAKE A CHANCE! - I ordered flowers today for Valentine's *** to be delivered to my daughter in another state, today, (paid extra to have it delivered today) and I got a text from ***** Flowers saying the flowers were delivered. They were not delivered and I have been on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes and then got disconnected. Called back and same thing happened. ******* berries arrived a week and a half after order, molded and inedible. They offer 50% refund on food you can not eat. Wow wish I would have thought of that scam

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I became a Passport member thinking "what a great chance to send more flowers to people I love". Well... 1-800-Flowers has ONE thing to do and that is to get a bunch of flowers to a home. 2 out of the 3 times I ordered flowers, they had to redeliver 3 times and STILL COULD NOT MAKE THE DELIVERY. AND my account said the ********************** were delivered!!!!!! I had to uncomfortably ask the recipient if they did indeed receive the order and they did not!!!!! I would give -5 stars if I could. I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered for my sister in law's birthday on Friday 01/06/23. she works from home. She was home the day they were supposed to be delivered. The ***** flowers website said they were delivered, but they were not.I waited and contacted the customer service via automated chat on 01/08/2023. It was offered to be redelivered; I took it. I should have probably checked BBB before going ahead and spending money on flowers that look nothing like advertised. Now, I am on with the customer service agent from ********************** telling me they'll send a replacement when I asked for my money back. I have been on this chat for the last hour. The delay in responses from the Agent tells me they are not paying attention to the chat. Do not recommend spending your hard-earned money here. Do not order from this place. I paid for some items and never received it. They kept telling me that a delivery was attempted which is a lie since Im always at home and have cameras everywhere. Big rip off and disappointment.
