THEY DESERVE A ZERO STAR!!!! Terrible!! Flowers were never delivered and never attempted to be delivered. Received a refund but I do not recommend using this company. The inconvenience of having your flowers not delivered is a disappointment and a hassle! Go to a local florist instead or use another flower delivery service! My mistake was not reading the reviews first!??

I ordered flowers for my friend birthday on a Tuesday and asked for the delivery date on Friday. I received a text message stating they were delivered and that wasnt so. I called customer service, once I was hung up on and then they state they wont be able to deliver until Monday. I asked for a refund, they said 10 business days. I will never order from them again. This is the 2nd time Ive used them and its never a good outcome.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and they never arrived! If you're going to be a business that offers Floral delivery services, the least you could do is actually deliver the flowers. This place should be shut down!

This was my first time ordering flowers online. The occasion...a sympathy bouquet to a local address. I paid extra to have the larger and more decorative arrangement made. It was very disappointing to see the small arrangement had been thrown in a box that was too big. The colors of the flowers were not vibrant like those on the website. The absolute worst. The fudged a delivery order and then tell you some crap about what can and can’t be done. No supervisor contact and the reps give you a run around with different answers. Nothing was resolved at the end. I’ve had no issues before my most recent order. I’m not moving forward with placing another order in the future.

This once quality floral brand has deteriorated. It works through a network of florists locally, which they do not disclose, hide behind flimsy practices, offer poor customer service and avoid resolving customer seer issues with their digital platform. The ability to modify an online order is a fallacy. You also cannot require delivery by a certain timealthough the mobile app offers this option. The advertisement and payment sais same day delivery.I received an email for confirmation of 72 hours later delivery even though I pain extra for same day delivery. I called customer services to complain. Refund is not an option.

This company is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in life. I ordered flowers for my aunts birthday and the delivery person left the flowers outside in the hot sun to wither. I called to complain and they REFUSED to give me a refund. The only offered me the option of *************** being delivery and a $20 credit. I used the credit because I didnt have the option to use it anywhere else obviously. I used it towards a bouquet for my moms birthday the SAME exact thing happened. Very unreliable. I ordered a birthday cake flowers for my Grandmas birthday and they never deliver the flowers. Paid extra fees to get the flowers delivered on the same day but it wasnt delivered. Its upsetting that this business is still running when all they do is ruined relationships.
