Hideous customer service, Kion, and his supervisor. My gift was sitting on porch all day, no notification, no email, text message. And as a result was dried up and ruined. They told me a replacement would be sent out, but that was a lie as well, it never arrived.
Absolutely terrible experience.Order was supposed to be delivered Friday. It was marked as delivered when no delivery attempt was made (no phone calls received and the recipient was home all day). I was promised re-delivery on Sunday. The flowers were never received. I have requested a refund 10 times and get the ring around. They refuse to call back or refund.
Product never delivered and had to follow-up multiple times. Refused to give a refund when asked and that they would process a "redelivery" free of charge. What? The order is stuck on processing, why would I be charged for redelivery? Was assured it would be the next day, then the next day, then the next. Wish I would have gone to a local florist. Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE service I ordered flowers for Mothers Day 05/15/2023 they didnt arrive and now I cant get a refund only a redelivery on the earliest date possible terrible and ridiculous customer service I explained I wanted them for Mothers Day so I no longer want flowers but they refused to give me my full money back only have me $140 and I spent over $300 absolutely ridiculous
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day they delivered them where they were upside down and rained on. The customer service rep ignored me and simply gave a partial refund without my consent and ended the chat. Awful service avoid them

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day, and was told that they would be delivered by 8 PM. Contacted them all day and they said they couldnt help me until after 8 PM contacted them after 8 PM and they said it was to be delivered two days later although I was told all day long it would be delivered by 8 PM on Mothers Day I would not recommend ever ordering from them. I even showed them my order confirmation and they said my delivery date was not Mothers Day. Lets see if I actually get my refund.
Bait and switch on Mothers Day. Canceled my inventory and then only offered fifty percent refund on a later delivery date.
