2nd time I ordered products and not delivered. Promised that the product will be delivered. Asked for a refund but denied by **** flowers because they say the package is out for delivery. When you read the fed ex travel history it says package damaged unable to deliver. Can not get a refund or satisfactory response all they say it will be delivered today .

I am actually very livid right now I have gotten notices and texts that this item has been delivered after spending over $20 in service charges and they cannot provide me with an accurate phone number for the florist that the supposedly delivered the flowers, and now I'm supposed to do what? My mother is 84 years old and very sick I sent these to her not knowing how many more mother's Days I will have with her. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. So giving them a one star is very generous of me. My fianc ordered flowers for me for Mothers Day and wouldnt you know, ***** managed to ruin the surprise from him and my children all because this company truly does ****. He received an email that the order had been delivered earlier tonight, went and checked and NOTHING. Id give no star if possible. Sent a peace **** as a sympathy plant to a colleague. Paid 69 dollars for the plant. The plant delivered was a tiny orchid with one flower. Sad, because one never gets to see what has been delivered at the other end. This was a sympathy plant a of sentimental value. None of it mattered to this seller. Spent half an afternoon on text with 1800flowers. No reimbursement. Ridiculous. Terrible business practice. **************** is the worst I have experienced. I ordered mothers day flowers 2 weeks ahead and the flowers were not delivered when I asked. Very dissapointed...will never use this site again!

I ordered 3 dozen roses in very specific colors, and instead got 2 dozen roses in a box that didn't even match the colors shown on the site. They wouldn't even expedite the shipping so it would make it to my mom on time unless I paid extra. I already paid over 80 dollars for roses for a bouquet I could have gotten at ******* They did not even offer a refund, but a 20 dollar store credit. Why would I want to put my trust in you and give you my hard earned money? Lol, this company is a joke.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 11, 2023. Despite a text that my flowers had been delivered the customer service rep confirmed that delivery was still in process. They rescheduled, on their own accord, to deliver the flowers May 14th.

This company is a scam. They claim to not auto-renew the Celebration Passport and send confirmation emails that auto-renewal wont occur, but you actually do get renewed and receive a charge every year. This is my second time speaking to them about this so now it is a pattern. It seems that they are hoping people will not notice the charge. I had to ask several times for the agent to delete my account entirely to avoid this from happening again. Do not trust! I' surprised a lawsuit hasn't been brought to them yet.
