So! I have spent more time to resolve an issue just to get attitude and unsatisfactory service! Purchased flowers and a Necklace from 1800Flowers on 2/14 for a funeral. Flowers were delivered but after the order was placed and paid for, I received an email advising me the necklace wouldn't be delivered until March 1st. Necklace hasn't been received by the recipient. Awful. Flowers never delivered despite notifications they were. Reprocessed the order and STILL not delivered. 3 days later (for a same day delivery order) Im told I cannot have a refund. Verified all information was correct. They could not get in touch with the local florist. It was not until I told them I was reporting them to my card company for fraud and filing a complaint that I was told I could have a refund. My boyfriend ordered me Valentines Day flowers on 2/13 he got a notification that it was delivered on 2/14 at 7pm - it was NEVER shipped he called back got another shipment for 2/15 and AGAIN never delivered needless to say our Valentines Day experience was completely RUINED
HORRIBLE!!! I placed an order for flowers on February 11th (I'm writing this review on the 16th) for my Sister. I got a delivered notification on the 12th and the flowers were NEVER delivered.
