1800 Flowers ******* ******* did not deliver the plant arrangement I ordered even after three attempts. I originally ordered it for a funeral..I was notified after the funeral that it was not delivered. I was instructed to order another arrangement..it was delivered and was not what I ordered.

Solicitations leads to scam, supported by dishonest management yielding a horrible experience for what should be thoughtful action. The icing on cake was possible credit card fraud within 30min of canceling order and expressing sincere dissatisfaction. That is under investigation so you can temporarily debate coincidence.

This company owes me a refund. FRAUD!!! I thought that I placed an order with ****** ************, unfortunately it was 1-800-Flowers. I asked for a refund for the order, I was sent an email stating that I was refunded but I wasn't. As of 10/30/2022 I haven't been refunded yet. They calling service has my number flagged so no one will answer my call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT LIKE TO REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY.

Placed an order with them first thing in the morning got to call midday stating order cannot be delivered until 4 days later. Signed up for same day delivery. When you call you get people from overseas and cannot understand what they're saying. We'll never use again! I will keep with local florist only

Very poor. Let me tell you why I called. I’d received a bouquet off 24 multi-colored roses on 1/7 from my daughter. I followed to a t the instructions that came with roses. They were a bit brown on the tops, but I thought they’d come out of it. Well, no that did not happen. They began to wilt, never opened & continued with more brown crusty edges. NEVER USE THESE ON-LINE SCAM PLACES. THIS IS NOT A REAL FLORISTS. 3 PARTY. YOU DON'T ORDER A PIZZA FROM A 3RD PARTY, WHY WOULD YOU ORDER FLOWERS FROM A CALL CENTER? CALL A REAL FLORIST DIRECT!! NEVER USE THESE SCAM PLACES.

I ordered a stuffed bear for a friend in the **** Ten days passed and my friend was moved to hospice where she died Sunday night. My bear never made it to her. I was insulted with the offer to send another one to her family. The shirt literally said something along the lines of get well b/c I didn't know she was going to tie until after ordering it. I placed an order with 100 Flowers for delivery on 1/7 23 they did not delivery. I Received an email stating attempt delivery, I rescheduled delivery for Sunday they stated that once again they delivered which was a bold face lie because I call the receiver she stated nothing was delivered. How is this place still in business? They take your money but dont deliver your product. You call customer **************** are ignorant and/or have not grasped the English language. You send an email through customer service & never get a response. They STILL are holding $114 of my money for product never delivered. Why are they allowed to do this?
