This company is fraudulent in its product advertising on its website. I did not get the expensive, extra large bouquet I thought I was getting as a birthday gift for my best friend. This company is criminal! They changed my order without my permission which is fraudulant and spent my money on something without my consent to do so! Customer Service was unable to explain or fix the issue because of severe language barrier. Unexceptable- 1- 800- FLOWERS should be shut down!
I ordered flowers to be delivered for Christmas Eve to my grandmother who is 102, (what else to give someone who has live over a century) . They never delivered the flowers. When i called 2 days later about my order, they acted like they order was complete. When I told him they did not deliver the flowers, he said he could have them re-delivered. Delivery was scheduled for 12/24 to my 92 year-old mother. Delivery was not made as promised. Spoke to customer service three times and got three different answers. Had extreme difficulty understanding the call takers. Attempted to cancel order but was not successful. Was promised an email with order information and to confirm cancellation and never got one, Delivery did come "3" days after promised and was not accepted. This was for a $138 arrangement. I sent flowers to an out of state close family friend for Christmas. I paid for a $65.00 order that I was charged for. I received an email that my order had been delivered on 12/21/22. Worst floral company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers that were supposed to have been delivered on December 23rd it was a bouquet of candy cane striped lilies with a vase. Flowers.com did not deliver them until the 27th claiming that they don't make guarantees. I did finish to get my delivery fee back which was something I guess. My daughter never got her flowers They were supposed to be delivered 12/29/2022 they even sent an email saying they were delivered. I called customer Service numerous times but did not understand the accent. Beyond disappointing
We couldnt be with our family for Christmas, but our thoughtful niece sent a bouquet to brighten our holidays. She paid extra for expedited delivery to ensure we got them by Christmas.
